I hired Starlight Jazz Quartet last summer for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We had the party in the backyard, and their group delighted us with jazz standards (like Fly Me to the Moon, Unforgettable) and a few modern songs as well. We asked in advance if they could play our parents' favorite song, and they did a great job! A lot of people got up to dance during many of the numbers. It really added to our special event, and I would definitely have them again!

We play jazz classics from throughout the decades. It's very common for folks to simply relax while listening, or visit with friends and colleagues while we perform. Other numbers get folks on their feet, so if you've got a dancefloor it will get used!
The Starlight Jazz Quartet features Stephen on piano, Richard on bass guitar, Travis on percussion, and Lisi on vocals and melodica. Each musician has a minimum of 20 years experience performing. Styling songs from the beginning of the 20th century to the present, their music will take you to a relaxing, happy place. Please view our Influences / Set List and Video to learn more!
We have all our own instruments and gear, including microphones and speakers. We have successfully performed at garden parties, churches, weddings, and have extensive experience in making sure things sound right.
If your event will make use of an onsite sound system, this can be accommodated, so long as time is reserved for a sound check in advance.
