Steve came early and was easily setup by the starting of the party. He played continually and was so considerate. I had expected at least some of the guests to obviously sit & pay attention to him. They continued their talking, but then would suddenly stop and be so interested in his performance. Clearly they were hearing and enjoying That may be the best compliment. He was performing wonderfully but not intrusive --if that was what the guests wanted. His performance was superb and the guests, though talking constantly, would catch a tune and show their appreciation. He was so friendly and pleasant. I cannot say enough words to express my gratitude to him. I would easily request him above anyone else. What pleasure I had listening to him. His skill as a musician was outstanding. There was one professional musician at the party and he did sit nearby all evening. His first comment to me after just a few songs was to acknowledge Steve's clever use of recorded singing in accompanying himself. I would give Steve 10 stars! He made our celebration so perfect!
