Santa what is very obnoxious and loud and scared the kids did that where they didn't want to see him also when before he left he started talking and broke down and cried and the kids got upset about that I won't use him ever again

I am sorely grieved that you did not enjoy my visit. Usually coming in noisily announces my presence, draws all to one location, excited and/or curious. I know there were some that enjoyed sitting on my lap and singing me Christmas Corals. How ever it was to be about the kids. It was unprofessional of me to leave my thought till the end of my visit (and I knew better).
