Michael is a positive, self-giving influence who has touched many people in his in career and life through his ways of careful communication, coaching styles, and yearning to make a difference.

Michael was raised in Fort Walton Beach, Fl, and became a police officer at the young age of 22. During his tenure, he studied Sociology at Northwest Florida State College, mortgaged a home by his self, and became happily married with two children.

Michael began working at the Fort Walton Beach Police Department in 2017, and while he's been there, he's earned multiple certifications to include behavioral analyzation, interviewing and interrogating and hostage negotiations.
