Summer Alexander is a Senior Learning and Development Strategist, spearheading the design and execution of leadership development learning initiatives for multinational corporations. Her learning solutions empower leaders to master strategic thinking, navigate dynamic workplace landscapes, excel in communication through effective feedback, and effectively manage their teams. Adept in Human-Centered Design, Summer ensures that her programs are empathetically aligned with the needs of leaders and their teams. Additionally, Summer obtained a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from the Standford Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership both from DePaul University.
