Sundae Mr. Goessl reignites the fire of vintage pop music. Sundae's honey imbued vocals mixed with Mr. Goessl's impossibly layered guitar work equals a unique and intimate experience with a throwback to the 1930's.
Charming couple, affable with amazing talent. Would book them again if ever I need perfect music for any occasion. Truly wonderful. Thanks for making our wedding unforgettable

Response from Sundae + Mr. Goessl:
Thank you Tawny! We had a lovely time and it was a BEAUTIFUL wedding! Thank you for including us in your special day--we were honored. Xoxo
A larger than life THANK YOU to Sundae and Mr. Goessl for the amazing performance in our living room -- I always enjoy watching the two of you perform, but having you in my living room surrounded by my favorite friends and family was truly a dream come true. We were collectively in awe of Mr. Goessl's guitar mastery and Sundae's phenomenal buttery voice. Your musicianship was spectacular, your song choice superb, and your "stage" presence, well, let's just say, incomparable (and that's a good thing). If you two happen to be in the Seattle area in Dec 2015, we'd like to book another engagement at our Casa!!
We booked Sundae and Mr. Goesel for our one year wedding anniversary party. The theme was "Paper Moon" so they learned that song at our request. We had them play in our back yard and even our neighbors told us it sounded beautiful. Sundae and Mr. Goessel always sound exquisite and cater to their audience. They are the very best at what they do. If you ever have the pleasure of hearing them, their sweet sounds will melt your heart like butter. Like butter!!!!
We booked Sundae & Mr Goessl for our wedding and they were incredible! sundae's voice will melt your heart and fill you with emotion. Mr Goessl's guitar skills are superb, and paired together are a match made in heaven! Everyone commented on how wonderful they sounded, and we are so happy that we booked them. Cannot wait to see them at the Pink Door, for a romantic evening soon! We are truly blessed to have had them perform on our special day!

Testimonials:
“Sundae + Mr. Goessl allured our audiences with Sundae’s charming and delightful voice and Mr. Goessl’s superb guitar skills! It’s hard not to love the melodica when played by such a witty and adorable gal as Kate. This duo’s music is classy and sassy!” - Jill Hill, President NAN (Northeastern Arts Network)
"Sundae is a cross between the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Christina Aguilara!" Fan, Minneapolis, MN
“Hard working award winners that have charm dripping off them...This is certainly an act you want to see live if they come your way.” -- Chris Spector, Midwest Record
“One of my fortunate “discoveries” of navigating the pandemic was being introduced to Sundae and Mr. Goessl. I have presented them to a livestream audience, to a hybrid audience, and soon, to a full capacity audience. Kate and Jason are professionals in every sense and were able to adjust to anything I threw at them- including taking what was to have been a live show, and asking them to perform onstage, to an empty house and Livestream audience! It’s immediately apparent that Kate is a superb vocalist and that Jason is a virtuoso guitarist. But the sum total is so much more. Their chemistry onstage is charming and enjoyable and hearkens back to the great couples entertainers like Cash and Carter and Steve and Eydie. They are more than musicians—they’re entertainers, who capture the audience from the first moment and hold them. A performance is full of not only applause, but smiles and laughter. I’ve asked them to host our holiday show this season (live and livestream), for that very reason. The performance is fun. And we can all use some fun.”
-- Joe Ferlo, Director at The Grand Oshkosh
"Sundae + Mr. Goessl make music that make my day" Dick Stein, Radio Host KNKX 88.5FM
“The Musical Talents of Sundae & Mr. Goessl are in one simple term, ''Amazing ``! I have had them perform here at the Marion Ross Performing Arts Center at least three times in the past few years. They are a perfectly matched Duo playing "Real Music" in today's world of so called "Music" which in many cases, is far from the definition of the true art form of music. Their presentation and musical abilities are few and far between on most stages today. I absolutely love what they do and how they do it. If you are looking for standard tunes of the 30's/40's and more, done in a "Super Tasteful" way.....look no further, you have found it in Sundae & Mr. Goessl. Melodies & Riffs....to Die For!”
-- Neil Lang, Bldg. Mgr. Marion Ross Performing Arts Center
"Sundae + Mr. Goessl is more than a vintage duo, their authenticity and commitment to the genre rings true, and the genuineness shines through in their renditions of these classic gems. The duo takes you through delightfully fun romps, to late night after hours sounds. Like listening to Billie Holiday, you feel you are taking two friends along with you on your day – [they have] that instantaneous likeability."
-- H. Allen Williams, JazzTimes

Kate (Sundae) Voss | Vocals/melodica |
Mr. Jason Goessl | Guitar Extraordinaire |
Although Sundae's vocals have been compared to Billie Holiday, Blossom Dearie and Ella Fitzgerald, she has a unique quality to her voice. A style that is sui generis with incredible straight tones one minute and full bodied vibrato the next. At the same time, Mr. Goessl's guitar playing has a Joe Pass meets Chet Atkins sound, yet still distinctly Goessl. With 25 years in the music business, Mr. Goessl has created a style impossible to match and is sought after for his expertise in many different genres.
Sounds like:
Les Paul & Mary Ford
