Hello, my name is Ben Elliot. I spent eight years as the lead bartender at the iconic Hotel Congress in downtown Tucson, where I developed a wealth of knowledge in craft cocktails, high-volume bartending, and mixology. I drew on this wealth of experience and passion for the craft to launch Sundown Cocktail Co., where we offer full service event bartending.
Our services are customized to your event and venue but may include a portable bar, bar tools and equipment, back bar tables with black linens, bar mats, beverage napkins, drink garnish, drink mixers, ice, ice coolers, galvanized tubs, and plastic or biodegradable cups.

What to Expect
Our services are customized to your event and venue but may include a portable bar, bar tools and equipment, back bar tables with black linens, bar mats, beverage napkins, drink garnish, drink mixers, ice, ice coolers, galvanized tubs, and plastic or biodegradable cups. The only thing we can't provide, by law, is the alcohol. Instead, we'll give you a detailed shopping list. You can leave everything else up to us!
About
Before founding Sundown Cocktail Co., Ben spent eight years as the lead bartender at the iconic Hotel Congress in downtown Tucson. There he developed an expertise in craft cocktails, high-volume bartending, and mixology. Ben drew on this wealth of experience and passion for the craft to launch Sundown Cocktail Co., bringing the same level of creativity and precision to every event the company serves.
Additional Booking Notes
We require at a minimum a 6x9ft space for the bar and backbar.
