Client had my direct contact number from day one. In fact she texted me several times. The client wanted to change her time an hour earlier than the agreed time on the contract (12-2p), so she was blowing up my cell phone at 11am on a Saturday morning (in December - our most busiest time of year). My performer contacted her back within 20 minutes and informeD her we were still on track to start at the agreed time of 12pm. Had the client asked us to change the time through gig salad or given us more than a one day notice, a time change would have not been a problem at all.
