He was supposed to send me 2 face painters. I never requested 2 painters...he actually offered to send me 2 instead of 1, because of the number of kids for the party. Then the day of party, only 1 comes. She is supposedly his " best girl" - Franchesca. She could not get to all 30 kids for a simple face paint :( Poor kids asked me why she didn't have time for them :( Ugh, breaks my heart! Then not only did she not complete face painting, she didn't even get to do balloons, NOR story time. She spent like 5 minutes talking my daughter , and that's about it. So we paid them $250 for 1.5 hours and she got to only 15 kids faces painted. This is embarrassing. You call her your best girl ? He messed up. He simply should have sent the 2 people that he promised and we would have had the best birthday ever, but because he didn't follow through with his promise, there were a lot of kids who were very sad and bummed about not having a balloon and their face painted.
Its not Francesca's fault. This is all Phil's responsibility. I kindly ask him to return the deposit, since he did say that IF Franchesca doesn't complete the job, he will proudly send me the money back- that is how confident he was. he led on me on a wild goose chase and kept saying that he will return the funds. He lied over and over, making excuses that his own mother Virgie was in the Hospital- and since shes the one who handles the refunds that he couldn't help me. To top it off, he only sent back $1 via zelle. What a slap in the face! This man has time to play games. Watch out. He hard to get a hold of. Over 4 months of Yes ill send you your money back, to No, Im not giving you your money back. blah blah blah. Such a waste of time. Such a pathetic person. And soooo unprofessional of him to handle this particular situation. If you are considering to hire Super fun Factory in Huntington Park- please reconsider and take it from me. He is a LIAR and will block you so that you cant get a hold of him. The only way I was able to get a response from him since he blocked me, was from seeing a review on Yelp. Then i caught his attention and he replied back. Save yourself hundreds on dollars and find another company. They are not the only ones who provide characters for birthday parties. Hope this helps someone.
Face Painter

Client paid for ONE face painter and got ONE face painter. Client REQUESTED a second face painter, but I told her I did not have a second performer available. Client was worried one face painter was not enough for 15 kids. I told her it was. The reason not all the kids received a balloon animal at her event, was because guests arrived late as the performer was cleaning up. The Client's sister instructed my performer to NOT do balloons and continue with face painting. Client text me photos and kind words letting me know how happy she was with Francesca (our face painter) and event tipped our performer. Not sure why she is unhappy and wants a refund. We did everything we were hired to do and more. My performer even dressed up as a cowgirl from the movie "Spirit"
