I hired Trevor to lead my bachelorette party through a mixology course. It was a blast—one of the highlights of our entire weekend. Trevor worked with me to create a cocktail that each girl would enjoy. Then he led us through each drink explaining techniques and why you pour a certain way. He not only taught us how to create these drinks but also taught us how to show off bartending tricks to our friends. After the mixology course, Trevor continued to mix drinks for us as we played games and hung out. I am extremely thankful to Trevor for superseding my expectations. I will be hiring him for another event.

Trevor, Vanny, and Brennon were the bartenders in my wedding and they were all AMAZING! I met Trevor at the San Diego's bridal bazaar and I am so happy that we chose him. We looked for other bartender options but most of them provided pretty much a standard cookie-cuter service without much customization. With Swift Granite we were able to make changes and have drinks/beverages that we wanted for our guests. Trevor was an amazing bartender. We had hosted a 60th birthday party for my best friend/boss. He made everyone feel so special, drinks were amazing, the vibe was outstanding!!! Trevor was so attentive and followed up with me every week prior to the event. Trevor made the menu, asked exactly what drinks we wanted and provided the grocery list. Steps of Service (First Call to End of Party)
1. Detailed call to understand purpose of event, party size, crowd favorites, and any details you want to let us know. Here we breakdown if you want your party to be just classic cocktails+ wine and beer or the additional of a specialized cocktail menu specific to your party. We HIGHLY recommend you let us make some magic happen, as of course this is what we specialize in.
2. We create a shopping list for the alcohol if you are providing your own alcohol or we find the right package for your based on how many drinks per guests you want to have if we are supplying the alcohol. The price of the packages vary on size of party, duration, alcohol being provided or not, us bringing our mobile bar. We do in fact include ice & glassware/garnishes in our pricing because we provide them to have a consistent high level product going to you and your guests. At this point we require a 50% down payment for your event, if canceling is within 1.5 weeks we keep 20% of that first half.
3. (1 week before party)- we start the mixology infusing spirits, sous vide'ing raw ingredients, making syrups from scratch, clarifying/fatwashing spirits etc so that all of that flavors that develop over time come through popping on your palete. If you are providing the alcohol we will need to send one of own team members to pick it up to start prepping. Keep in mind with pricing, doing this prep work can take up to 40 hours alone so trust the process and it will show in the drinks.
4 (Event day)- We provide all of the bar tools essential, the glassware, bar matts, the ice, prepped garnishes, juices, the ice bin, and bar top (if needed). We come roughly an hour in advance to setup for service and make sure we can help with whatever you need. We print out a large menu to be displayed on the bar top and a bunch of mini menu to pass out to your guests. Based on the event we can decorate the bar based on the event but we do regardless a simplified decoration to make the bar stand out.
5. (Lets Roll)- Our team gives you the best bartending service and cocktails you've ever had. We will staff accordingly so nobody is waiting too long for drinks. Our team will help keep the event space clean & check up frequently on your guests as if they are in our home. Just a lot of laughs and great time from here on out. You want a shot? I thought you would never ask. We will try to work with you to hire a photographer but on occasion will we have one for our business to take pictures of your event. Our only rule is you have fun and yes take another shot after that first one.. I'm kidding that was probably the 3rd.
6. (Our goodbyes)- We clean up the entire bar, make sure the event space is spotless and say our goodbyes for now. Any alcohol leftover you provided of course we will leave with you. We can stay late as 2am serving, we do accept gratuities through Venmo at the bar and have a cash jar as well so we kindly ask you let your guests know about this. Pricing involves many factors so getting on a call would be the best way to determine a quote, we want to make it easy on you as possible. We have liquor license so we can provide the alcohol and charge a rate per person or you can supply the alcohol and we just charge a "cork fee".
