Sylvia The Balloon Lady

We held a party for our nephew’s 2nd birthday and Sylvia was AMAZING! She had the kids captivated for the entire time - nothing but smiles and giggles. Her work is stunning, even some of that adults wanted their own balloon art! All in all, Sylvia was the best decision we made for our event and we can’t wait to include her in our next celebration!! She is 100% cordial, professional, accommodating and kind.

I just wanted to share my experience with Sylvia. We have used her for a children's event a few times and she is always just awesome. She is so kind and sweet to the children and always has a smile on her face. Her balloon creations are just amazing. The children always look forward to seeing her and they don't even mind lining up and wait patiently for her to create her magic. I would recommend her and you will be amazed and what she can create.

Our organization hosted a Breakfast with Santa event, which included face-painters, musicians and a balloon artist. Sylvia the Balloon Lady was incredible! She arrived early, wore a fun costume, and made all sorts of themed balloon creations for three hours with a huge crowd of children. I saw candy canes, and animals and nothing but smiles on everyone's faces. We couldn't have been happier, and will definitely be reaching out to Sylvia the Balloon Lady for our event again next year!

My daughter turned 6 and due to pandemic we were hoping to finally have a great bday party for her this yr. Balloon lady literally STOLE the show! She was early to set up and make us feel comfortable around her, she was very professional, kind, sweet, fun, respectful.....and most importantly, she was phenomenal with the kids! Everyone at the party asked about her services and had the best feedback for her. What a wonderful balloon twister with an insight to what makes children happy! I will hire her as often as I can.....and so will all my guests!

We had Sylvia for second time in a row for our two sons within a month and she's always awesome! She prepares for theme of the day and goes extra to make kids happy. It's been a wonderful experience for both kids and parents and would love to have her again for our next birthday party!

Sylvia was great, came early to set up and kids had a blast! She made sure every child gets a balloon and accommodated all their silly requests on what kind of balloon they wanted. Will definitely ask for her help again for my other son's birthday party!

Sylvia came to twist balloons for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. She was able to accommodate twisting Dinosaurs to go with the theme. My daughter was thrilled! She had the children engaged and was able to twist anything their imaginations could come up with! She had the children work together to build something out of balloons. Sylvia was a joy to have at our Halloween event on Sunday, she was able to twist balloons non stop for an hour and a half. Will hire her again!

This is the third time we have used Sylvia The Balloon Lady and she is always such a pleasure to have as entertainment to our parties. She always comes to the parties with special designs for our children and it's obvious she has put a lot of thought and care into them. Our children and guests love her designs. She makes all kinds of fun things, from ninja swords and shields, to angle wings, to lovely head pieces, to light sabers. She is kind and an overall very lovely person. We were a bit nervous this time around to see how everything would work with COVID but she was very safe and appropriate , was socially distant but at the same time very caring and sweet. We highly recommend her and look forward to using her at our next party!

We just had Sylvia at my sons 4th birthday party. She was great! She was very punctual with her contact via email prior to the party. Then at my sons party, the kids all loved her. She was the best balloon twister we’ve ever seen. She remembered all the kids names And made sure to make special balloon “costumes” for everyone. She even came with a balloon “Batman” for my son.

Sylvia is one of a kind, she was on time, with a big smile on her face, she was wearing a protective shield which made us all feel very safe, and she was lovely and very kind to the children.

Even though we did not personally spend time with her, when we came back from photos everyone was running around with some of the most amazing balloons I've seen! She even took the time to make some balloon decorations that was hung around the venue. All the kids had a great time and I would not hesitate to book her again for another event.

We booked Sylvia for our event, a community fair. Unfortunately she was unable to attend due to a family emergency but was able to provide us with a substitute. Rusty the clown was excellent! Sylvia was very professional to deal with and followed up several times to make sure all the bases were covered. I would hire Sylvia again.

Not only she’s great with kids, her balloon creations are so extraordinary! Sylvia is reliable, friendly and patient. She and her balloon characters were a wonderful addition to our "Walk" --children flock to her. For the last two years our walk has started in Olympic Village and as so many non-registered people have obtained balloons--we put out a jar for donations. Sylvia has insisted on giving all the donations to our cause. Thank you, Sylvia!

I am so glad that we had Sylvia at our 1st birthday, she really made it a hit. Prior to the day she communicated well and arrived early. Sylvia arrived with 2 pre-twisted balloons and when the children (age range 1-12- mainly boys) saw her, they all descended upon her. I was amazed at how she managed the frenzy of requests with such calm. Kids were running around we with balloon bows and arrows and some full balloon body armour. Sylvia was so much fun to have and absorbed the attention of the children so much that we didn't end up playing some of the games I had prepared in case. We didn't need to :) I would definitely recommend Sylvia, she brings an amazing energy to the party.

Sylvia delivered a very pleasant experience for my son's 1st birthday party. As soon as we had her booked, Sylvia confirmed the date and place with my son's favorite character, so she could prepare for the event.
On the party day, she showed up 15 minutes early to prepare and perform the balloon twisting on time as she promised. About an hour later, we had 14 happy kids running around the restaurant with awesome balloons.

We had Sylvia for our Son's 4th birthday party and it was a great pleasure to have her. She came well before time and was in touch with us before the party to know what our son's likes and what we expect from her. She was extremely polite and catered to every kid's request. We loved her and will definitely recommend her to our friends.

What makes balloons so nice is that they are great for everybody. Especially for my 5 year olds birthday party. Sylvia was terrific. She went above and beyond to make a special balloon for all of the kids. From wings, the kids were wearing to a Darth Vader sword.

She was extremely timely, and even called an hour or so before to make sure we were still on track with time which was very much appreciated. This is our first time to try a balloon twister service for our volunteer Christmas party. Sylvia was very professional and she was very patient to fulfill all our volunteers' requests. Everyone loved her balloon creations. We would invite her back to our next big event.

We hired Sylvia for our son’s first birthday party, we had 100 people, 20-23 kids...it was large. She's super efficient...came a little earlier to set up and she made every kid a balloon...whatever they wanted, she did!!!!!! She’s got talent...she’s also very nurturing, kind & so sweet!!

Sylvia just did our son's 7th Birthday Party. There were probably 6 more children then expected and she didn't hesitate to give each one undivided attention in the midst of all the chaos. Her balloons were unique and awesome. One guest came late and she still managed to whip him up this spectacular octopus creation. She's the best!

Sylvia was the star of the Birthday party that I hosted for my 4 years old son. All kids were so happy and she engaged them all. She was fun , sweet and just knows how to make parties great! My self and my husband got awesome baloons too. (Crown , octopus, spider man, sheilds/ swords, butterfly, etc..) Every one was soo excited and happy with Sylvia. We hired Sylvia for our son's birthday party and had children ranging in age from 1 to 8 years old. She interacted well with the kids, making them feel important as they "helped" her. She made one little girl a tiara, wand and wings all out of balloons! Our theme was Finding Dory and she arrived with a Dory made of balloons. The parents were similarly impressed. She arrived early and was a joy to work with. Worth every penny! We will recommend her to all our friends.

Sylvia was absolutely amazing. She made sure right from the beginning that she was dedicated to every single child at the party. We had about 12 kids and she made sure she met them all and got their names. Not to mention her skills are amazing she made the little girls into fairies and butterflies and accommodated all the kids fun ideas. Very fast too! Attentive to them all. We had a range of ages and even made the adults a few fun things. Her magic was also very fun left the kids in awe. I would definitely recommend her she's great!

Over the years we have hired Sylvia for many of our events. She is always prompt with her replies to your email requests and she is an absolute pleasure to work with.
