Safety is out prime concern so we ask that you fill out the information below to allow us a full picture of the area provided.

-Is this an indoor show?
-If yes, does the venue allow fire
-are there tall ceilings, carpeting, or adequate space for a dance performance?

-How big is your event? How long do you envision us performing?
- In many cases each performer pair is capable of a 30-45 minute act. We offer this for birthdays,
house parties and smaller events with 50 or less attendants

- For larger performances, we like to provide at least 3 performers to bring the show more variety over time. This is perfect for weddings, corporate events, and parties expecting more than 100 attendees

- For festivals we offer a larger performance package for the performers to accompany the music and general vibe of the night time scenario. This package brings 3+ performers out (more for multiple evenings)

THE FINE PRINT!

-TF is a 100% insured company. We provide $3 million in liability insurance , ridden on the company, venue or household of the event.
- Each booking requires a %50, non refundable deposit due at signing.
- All customers are entitled to a "rain date". This does not expire and we will do everything we can to provide you with a new date on a requested day for no extra charge and for any reason!
- For performances over 1 hours in length there is additional fee of $50 for fueled props
- For events for local boroughs and town events, we request an additional $50 for setting up fire permits with the local fire chief. (Most cases this is not required)
-When booked for any duration, the shows duration can change but cannot be reflected onto the balance once booked. For instance, when booked for a $500, 60minute gig, we cannot reduce the cost of the gig when asked to perform for only 30 minutes unless in very particular cases.

Please be aware that Fire props may be subject and or limited to the space provided by client, weather conditions (if outdoor event), such as rain or high winds. And if a private venue, the venue has to approve such props. Liability certificate of insurance are available upon request.

Tamed Flame is a Philly based collective, hell bent on bringing the fire arts and circus entertainment to YOUR back yard. With over 50 performers available and a decade of experience, we promise to offer the best talent in the fieriest way possible for your event!
