Wow. I mean, Wow. Tanner is an incredible musician, performer, and all-around wonderful person to work with. I can’t express how truly amazing he was, both at our wedding, and throughout the entire planning process. We were first introduced to Tanner at a bridal show at the Grant-Humphreys Mansion, and we knew from the second we heard him start playing, that we needed to hire him for our wedding. His performances are truly that powerful. He single handedly took our wedding to the Next Level! We weren’t even planning on hiring a pianist for our wedding…Tanner is That Good. For our ceremony, he learned a custom song of our choice by ear and played it flawlessly. He also listened to our music requests for the guests’ arrival and during cocktail hour and continuously played/responded to the mood of the crowd with a variety of genres. He was incredibly responsive and flexible during the ceremony, meaning when the wedding party processionals took longer than expected but were supposed to be finished within the length of one song, he extended that song so effortlessly and without hesitation that no one could even tell we were over the anticipated time. He plays every song wholeheartedly and with intention. Our guests loved it. During the planning process, he was very attentive and professional. He remembered details that my husband and I had talked to him about almost a year prior, which made us feel really listened to and important. His price is very reasonable, and well Worth Every Cent! Trust me, you will not regret hiring Tanner as your wedding pianist— it might even be the best decision you’ll make throughout your wedding planning efforts! Seriously.
