From concept to execution, Team Carnie wants to make sure that the client is a part the team every step of the way. Focusing primarily on customer satisfaction, Team Carnie offers multiple options for customers to chose from.

When inquiring if the troupe is right for your event, management will have a one on one with the client to decided what type of event they would like to have. Presenting a package for the client to select exactly how many performers, what apparatus, the length of each routine, costume, makeup, and over all design of the event allows for the event to be truly customizable. Pre- selected options would be available for the client if they choose, providing a taste of everything the troupe has to offer.

Within each option, a breakdown of cost, day of event scheduling, and requirements will be provided to the client and a Q&A follows to make sure no loose ends are left in the clients mind. After this its a straight shot and we handle all of the set up and function for the event.

*Safety documentation, insurance for aerialists, and any special needs of the troupe will be listed on separate papers and provided in hard copy for the clients reference.

If any further questions or concerns arise, as well as adjustments, the manager is involved fully and addresses each issue immediately when it is brought to the attention of the troupe by the client.

Team Carnie strives to provide jaw dropping immersive performances, but we want to make it simple for the client to achieve their dream event. Each step is detailed and explained to the client, making sure they are comfortable with everything along the way.

Team Carnie is a new-age circus company founded by 25 year old Zach Ryan. A graduate of Florida State University's School of Theatre, and an alumni of the FSU Flying High Circus. Zach has had almost a decade of experience in the circus industry. Working as a coach and a performer, Zach has developed a sense of creativity that not only pushes his performers but heightens the overall feel of his events.

Team Carnie is a band of runaways following a fearless ringleader as they take on any performance, turning it into a full out spectacle for any and everyone. Focusing on even the smallest detail to make the event run smoothly, Team Carnie is a fully immersive performance troupe that shatters the fourth wall in any performance. Understanding that an audience needs to feel a performance more than they need to see one, the troupe strives to strike something personal with each audience member and resonate in them after the performance has ended.

The troupe consists of performers of varying ages, skill sets, and backgrounds; each runaway with their own unique flair added to the group. The runaways have significant performance experience on their own with backgrounds as coaches in their apparatus. With resumes boasting major events such as Life in Color Music festival, The Imagine Music Festival, and most notable The U.S. Aerial Competition Finalist, these runaways stand as professionals in their own rights bringing their individual talents into the close knit troupe.

Offering stunning adagio, static trapeze, double trapeze, aerial silks, aerial hoop, contortion, cyr wheel, and aerial hammock as just some of the talents the troupe has in its back pocket, it's safe to say Team Carnie can truly satisfy every whim and take an audience back to the beauty and other world a circus provides. Pushing the boundaries by taking a visually spectacular performance and adding a cabaret, burlesque, or even iridescent feel to it, Team Carnie encourages its audience to fully become a part of the show. It's no wonder that their slogan is simply encouraging you to join the group of runaways and, "Lose yourself and runaway with us"

Although Team Carnie can provide your event with any entertainment you request, some spaces provide technical difficulties for rigging.

Photos of your venue allow us to quickly determine what we can typically fit into the venue. We will require a walkthrough in order to see what rigging points are available at each space, or if we will need to provide a free standing rig.

Insurance is required by all performers, and will be documented in the information packet for the client.

Most importantly, a manager will be at the event at all times supervising aerial equipment for safety purposes. In the contract between client and Team Carnie, it will be made abundantly clear that unsupervised equipment, equipment deemed unsafe, or tampered equipment is grounds for non- performance. The refund policy will be explained in this contract. Although this is extremely rare and we take all precautions to ensure a safe performance, sometimes outside forces do effect a performers ability. Safety is our number one concern for our troupe, and thus we have a very strict safety policy for our runaways.
