I've been playing drums since I was about 3 years old. I know this is my dream job because it's now a reality.
I love what I do. It's not just a job but a real passion for me. Music drives my body and when people watch, they feel what I feel and that is what it's all about, making people feel something. Coming to the show feeling one way and leaving feeling another! Let's work and do what we love, let's play some good music!

Ben's talent and skills are immediately evident when he shows up to play...and he can play! He responds quickly to messages, shows up on time, and knows the tunes. Having talent, good communication, and discipline are reason enough to hire Ben, but he's got good people skills and is easy to talk on top of his musical gifts.
Compliments about Ben were widespread at our church when he played. They came from other musicians, production team members, and people participating in the worship service:

Ben is an amazing drummer in every facet. He is not only capable of playing any genre of music at the highest level,but he is dependable and a great person to know. Most talented people who play on that level can be difficult to deal with given the egos. Ben was my drummer and Musical Director on multiple of occasions and the artist and management were always raving about his quality and commitment to the shows and projects we were working on. I've also come to learn how talented of a music producer Ben is. He is able to play multiple instruments to truly give any great artist the highest level of production with a unique sound. I would encourage any one considering hiring or working with Ben to do so now before he is to expensive to afford.

About
Ben Thompson started playing drums in church as a child and became very good and well known in his home town of Virginia Beach. After excelling musicly in high school Ben went off to college in Los Angeles where he received and scholarship to Musicians Institute. After attending there Ben has been touring with platinum selling Danish artists Burhan G since 2010.
Additional Booking Notes
I would appreciate it if drums could be provided for our event. If that's not possible, it's okay, as I have a complete drum kit with all the necessary equipment to ensure we have an amazing time rocking the night away!

Listening to music has been a part of my life since I was a baby. I've developed a deep appreciation for a wide variety of music genres and I thoroughly enjoy most of what I hear. I also have the ability to play back music after understanding what is being played. This allows me to easily replicate and perform music from various genres.
