The Amazing Dave

Dave put on an incredible show for our six year oils birthday party. Parents and children alike were delighted. He arrived early to set everything up (so I never had to worry if he was going to show up)! He was friendly, kind, and funny. We had so many parents smiling and laughing ~ and all the kids sat still for the entire show. If I could give more stars I would.

We LOVED DAVE! I wish it was someone’s birthday next week so we could have him over again. He was hilarious. The kids and the adults laughed so much. He was the life of the party. He was professional- on time, easy to work with, quick responses- outrageously good. 100 stars.

Kept an group of 50 kids entertained for a solid hour. The kids ages ranged from 2 till 12. He even kept the adults laughing and thourghly entertained! I would hire him again in a minute!

Amazing Dave was one of the best entertainers for children I have seen yet. We hosted 2 shows for our summer camp - a half hour session for 2-5 year olds and a 45 minute session for first through 8th grade students. All of the students (and teachers!) enjoyed his performance. He was extremely funny and appropriately witty. His performance included juggling, magic tricks, and funny-guy commentary. He engaged the students and asked for lost of volunteers. He was professional, prompt with emails, and arrived right on time. We would host him at our school again in a heartbeat!

Dave put on a great show, and I was so happy to have booked him. We will be using him in the future - he was AWESOME. Thanks Dave!

Dave did a fabulous job. The kids and adults were entertained. The birthday boy said his birthday was the best day ever. We wish he did more magic but what his did really surprised the kids.

Everyone, adults and children, enjoyed the antics, comedy, conversation, and magic. Was the best magic show we could have imagined. All the parents came up to me afterwards and commented about how good he was. And he made balloons for all children, very quickly and well made. Was actually amazing.

We asked the Amazing Dave to perform at our daughter's 8th birthday party. There were about 30 kids and 30 adults and every single person thoroughly enjoyed the show. The kids loved the tricks and jokes, and the adults appreciated all the humor as well. I found myself laughing so much. After the party was over my daughter told me that he was the favorite part of her party, and she has already asked that he come to her birthday party next year! David was very professional, arrived early to set up, started the show on time, and patiently made balloon art for every single kid afterwards. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a funny, entertaining show.

We booked Dave for our daughter's 2nd birthday and it was the best decision we made, he was worth every penny! I was worried that some kids wouldn't be able to sit for 40 minutes throughout the entire show, but every child from those that were babies all the way up to 10 years old were glued to their seat. Even the adults were entertained! He was a hit and everyone kept talking about how great he was! Dave was punctual, and set up an entire scene for the show--something I wasn't expecting, there was a backdrop and everything! Dave did jokes, juggling, magic, and so much more! Best party I had for my kids so far, I highly recommend booking Dave! He is truly talented.

It was really smooth going with Dave - from the time of booking till the end of the event. Easy to book, very responsive. On the day he was 30 min early to set up so everything could go on time. The show was truly amazing, he kept the kids entertained for the entire hour and a half. Some of his magic tricks amazed most of the adults in the party. Absolutely. Worth every penny. Honestly, we were a bit concerned about hiring a magician off of the web for my daughter's 4th birthday party. We had 57 kids and 51 adults Rsvp'd. We seriously could not disappoint that many. Dave delivered with ease. This guy captivated a huge group of adults and kids for an hour with comedy and magic. He made the party an absolute hit. So we hired Dave as entertainment for all the children attending my wife's birthday party.

He was GREAT. He made balloon animals, bicycles, swords, even a rainbow for them and his magic not only kept the kids entertained (ages 2-8) but also mesmerized the adults.

I went through multiple youtube videos of different magicians before deciding on hiring Dave. He was professional, courteous, punctual, and cordial.

Definitely a top flight entertainer and we would consider using him again.

We used Dave for our baby's first birthday party. There were lots of children, ranging from ages 2-12. Every single one of them loved the magic show. Dave is extremely good with the children and knows how to really entertain them. All the kids were laughing and all the adults were laughing as well. Dave did the 45 minute show for us, and had the entire audience engaged the whole time (not easy for young ones, ya know).

Dave was also very kind and professional. I was impressed by his professionalism. He corresponded quickly via email and phone calls. He called prior to the event to confirm the date and location. He arrived on time and set up quickly. Also, I was appreciative that the deposit was not a ridiculous amount as some other magicians require.

I have to say that I was also touched by Dave's kindness and honesty. He just seems like a genuinely nice person.

Cannot recommend The Amazing Dave highly enough! I booked him for my daughter's 8th birthday party at our house, he performed a brilliant show to 35 kids & as many adults, it was so lovely to see a room full of 5-8 year olds totally engaged & laughing so much. My daughter is really shy, but he even managed to get her involved in a couple of magic tricks, the kids just loved him & the parents too. You know an entertainer is good when children are still talking about him & re-telling his jokes in the school playground the next day. Thank you Dave, you made our party!

We had him perform for our daughters' 2nd and 5th birthday party and he was a hit with both the 30 kids (ages 3-10) in the audience as well as the parents. Lots of parents came to tell me what an awesome job he did after the performance. He is great and kept the kids entertained for an hour and a half. They loved him so much, I had to wait until the last balloon was twisted before we could sing happy birthday.

So I was a little apprehensive about how engaged this group would be by a magic show. I wanted something to keep the kids busy without hiring the equivalent of a Hollywood Blvd. roaming superhero. Dave showed up on time and did balloon art for the kids as families were arriving the first hour. Afterwards, he then did his magic show. The kids all participated in the various acts. Every child was engaged and laughing in hysterics throughout the show. The parents at the party all commented on how great the show was. I would highly recommend Amazing Dave as the entertainment for your party!

Dave has a gift of entertaining audience without extra toys or devices. That speaks of a natural talent. We had children who are 5 or 6 years old. Probably most of you know it's not an easy task to keep their attention fully on the subject , have them follow guidance. Without exceptions, all of them willingly followed every step Dave asked them to do.
Moreover there was a lady at the party who I've known for more than 25 years. She hardly ever smiles, yet Dave made her laugh.
Dave has a gift we were blessed to invite him, thank you for 200%commitment to your job.

Dave was the best magician i've ever seen at a kids party. usually children get bored and wonder off. but for our 4 year old son's party, dave had the kids engaged the entire time. and he through in some jokes for the adults too! my husband and i highly recommend dave for your next event!

The Amazing Dave recently performed at my daughter's 6th birthday party and he was absolutely wonderful! My daughter and her entire class were laughing the entire time and many of the parents complimented me on the party. I have seen many children's magicians before but Dave is by far the best I have seen! The Levitation trick at the end of the show was GREAT!

This is an unsolicited review of The Amazing Dave.
I've hired Dave for several parties over the years, and my advice to you is HIRE HIM NOW for your family's event. (Except for the first Sunday morning in February, where we have dibs on him every year!)

I have hired Dave for my son's 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th birthday parties. Somehow Dave takes the perfect show and makes it better every year!

I have to say that I have NEVER seen either of my kids laugh as hard as Dave makes them laugh. I am including their reactions to all of the Pixar and Disney Movies they have seen, all of their favorite cartoons, and even their funny uncle (sorry Jeff!)

Dave is not only profoundly gifted, but he is SO easy to work with, ALWAYS early, and seems like an all around great guy.

He has kids (and adults) up on stage helping throughout the entire show. I'll let you experience the surprises for yourself. (OK one spoiler - he floats a kid in the air!!!)
