We are a unique celebrity trick and therapy dog team with 3 dogs who perform fun, interactive tricks that pull in help from audience members. As therapy dogs, our pups also have the sweet temperaments needed to make our shows suitable for people of all ages.
The celebrity sides of us are from modeling for Ralph Lauren, Tavo, PetSmart, Martha Stewart Living, Urban Outfitters, Garnet Hill, DHL, Macy’s, and from being on TV numerous times, and even on the big screen in the movies.

Thy and Atka put on such a wonderful birthday show for my boys, Ages 5 and 2. The tricks were fun and very interactive with the kids. She brought about 10 of the guests up to participate in the show -- holding hoops for Atka and the other dogs to jump through; kids lying in a row for the dogs to jump over. We had a blast, and the dogs were so beautiful, well trained, and friendly.
We had the pleasure of hosting Thy and her amazing dogs at our campground this summer. Atka, Kutie Kayu and Normal Dog Nuka are gorgeous and interacted warmly with the audience while entertaining us with their repertoire of fun tricks and talents. Thy provided a relaxed and educational experience for our guests. She allowed for a large amount of audience participation which is always so great for our campers! She shared her knowledge of her dogs as well as the training the is involved in training them to become the amazing performers they are. This show was a truly unique and great experience for our team and our guests! We look forward to their return!
A wonderful show by Thy and the dogs at our library! The audience of all ages was fully engaged. All were thrilled when the dogs wandered through the audience saying "hello". The fun did not stop with the show. Each participant could line up for a photo with the dogs. Thy even sent photos after the event to those who did not have a phone or camera with them.
Atka and his family are AWESOME! Our audience (young children and parents) was absolutely enthralled. The event was entertaining, educational and also had motivational aspects. Thy, the handler, is enthusiastic, welcoming and in control of the situation. It was a wonderful evening!
Thy and her beautiful Eskies visited our library for our monthly Family Funday program. Thy was enthusiastic and engaging as well as being a total pleasure to work with! The number of attendees was through the roof, and we received such positive feedback after the event. We look forward to future visits from Atka!
Thy and Atka put on an amazing show at our library in north Jersey. The dogs were great. Thy was terrific! The children loved the dogs. They were so excited when they participated. Children who were afraid of dogs told me that they really liked the dogs and enjoyed the show by the end of the performance. Each child was able to take a picture with all three dogs. Parents and children really enjoyed all aspects of the event!
Couldn't have been better. The event was located in a Northern Westchester County, N. Y. Nursing facility for the Birthday of a permanent resident. The Show Dogs performance were exceptional and gave immense smiles and happiness to all the approximate 60 attendees, primarily residents. The Programs presentation of these "Eskies" by the owners, Thy & Jim Cavagnaro was perfect. I would recommend Atka, the AMAZING Eskie for any type of event for it will put a smile and bring happiness to all.
We had Atka and Thy perform at a 69th Birthday Party attended by about 50 residence of Sky View Nursing Home in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Everyone was delighted by the performance ...from a 2 1/2 year old to a 98 year old. Thy was informative, funny and charming. The dogs did amazing tricks.

Kearny Public Library, June 10, 2015. Summer Vacation Reading Challenge begins. Atka, Nuka and Kayu rode skateboards, jumped through hoops and calmly mingled with the audience of preschool and school aged children. The tricks were exciting. Audience participation engaged the children. What a delightful show!

We hired Atka for my daughters 8th Birthday Party. In all phases I thought the communication was excellent. Atka arrived on time and performed admirably under reasonably difficult weather conditions. My daugther loved it and her friends are still raving about it.
We had Atka at our daughter's 4th Doggie Paw-ty and it was a hit! We did a dog theme and the highlight was our special dog show. We (the Guiding Eyes for the Blind at Cornell University) partnered with Atka the Amazing Eskie to do an event at Cornell's campus. From the time they contacted us to inform us of their visit, they were incredibly easy to work with. They were friendly, understanding, and responsive. We ran into several last minute administrative issues, and Thy was very accommodating with all the last minute requests we asked of them.
The show was perfect for our audience! Thy was personable and friendly, and Atka and Nuka were so cute! They did some awesome tricks and included the audience in their tricks.
We hired Atka and her mom & dad for my daughter''s 7th birthday party. What a hit! The children barely moved as they were so entertained by the beautiful dog, all their tricks and Thy's wonderfully educational entertainment. Highly recommend it! I had quite the crowd as the parents wanted to see the show too and didn't want to leave! Thy is a consumate professional who dotted every "i" and crossed every "t", following up on details and sending a video and pictures from the event. Over & Above experience that I highly recommend!
We booked Atka for our 8 year old boy's birthday. He wanted a dog themed birthday and this seemed like such an original idea. We were blown away by the professionalism and entire process from first contact until last contact after the party. All our guests were impressed with the idea of a dog show and the boys loved the dogs. The show was about 30 minutes which was perfect for their attention span and each kid got to do a trick with the dog. The best part was the 'gift' we received after the party. I don't want to ruin a surprise so I won't say what it is; I will say this - don't hesitate if the price seems too steep b/c you really get your money's worth! We would do this again in a heartbeat. Amazing Atka and Normal Nuka's Pet Trick Show was a hit at our campground during Pet Week. Their trainer, Thy and her husband set up quickly, kept the show rolling and were considerate of our young guests and those with special needs. We loved all the photos they took and later mailed to us after the performance.
We hired Atka and Nuka for a birthday party for our two nieces and the dogs were the life of the party! The owners Thy and Jimmy were easy and very friendly to work with, punctual, accommodating, professional, and included extras that would have cost a small fortune had we hired someone else. They were originally booked for one hour but wound up staying closer to three hours with no additional charges. After the show they graciously stayed at the party and let each child take pictures and each have Atka perform tricks just for them. All the children loved Atka and her sister Nuka, and they were the life of the party! Thy and Jimmy were so kind and caring, they took pictures of the party and the kids themselves and sent us multiple copies afterwards all at no extra cost!!! This was amazing and unexpected. Other entertainers we looked into offered this service at a premium fee, and with Atka it was free! We can not recommend Atka and her owners highly enough, they gave our nieces a birthday party they will never forget and neither will we... THANK YOU!!!
We've seen Atka perform now at dozens of events and his ability to reach out to all types of audience members as a Trick dog and Therapy dog is both an entertaining, and rewarding experience.
Peak performance may depend on the size of the venue, the stage area itself, and floor surface - some tricks are more applicable to space issues. Atka is proficient at advanced tricks, skateboarding with 2 and 4 paws on the board - but most of all audience members from kids to adults have fun, laugh, as well as are educated and informed to the brilliance of dogs and how they soften our hearts to love.
Atka and Thy have been on national TV and perfect their craft everyday. You'd have a great opportunity to have them at your corporate event or kids party! For instance, L'Oreal execs were so impressed with them, they've asked them to perform at their offices for their employees. Atka is a featured dog on Animal Planet's Dogs 101 where he skateboarded, jumped through hoops, and much more.
I saw Atka perform at Westbury Gardens last year. The dog is pretty and seemed very sweet and eager to please, but before you call a dog "amazing," it should really do more than just the basic tricks. The owner said the dog skateboards, but it really just put its front paws on the skateboard and pushes it a few feet and stops. The rest of the tricks are standard dog tricks that many dogs do. But, I repeat, the dog is a nice dog.
The residents at the Pines really look forward to Atka - the Amazing Eskie's monthly visits. His talent provides for a terrific show and his friendly manner make for a great interactive program. Thy understands the therapeutic value Atka can provide and is generous to share this with us.

1) Shows need to be in spaces that can be fully enclosed.
2) Fully enclosed spaces need to have a/c that works well (our very heavily coated dogs just shut down and don't perform when they get hot)
3) Food cannot be in the room
4) Performing area needs to be 15 x 22 ft, with space beyond that for the attendees to sit (on the floor, or chairs, if needed)
5) Venues need to be in NJ. Out-of-state gigs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Our shows are about 45 minutes long, with time spent afterwards for every attendee to take their photo with the pups (we stay until everyone has had their chance for this, however long that takes).
We take about 45 minutes to set up, and about 30 minutes to tear down. We bring all the equipment we need, including a microphone, speaker, and even a carpet runner (if the room is not carpeted).
