We are a collective of accomplished local musicians who are well versed in the standard jazz repertoire of the 40's, 50's, and later, as well as a diverse selection from the Great American Songbook. We pride ourselves on providing high quality, professional entertainment that is also flexible enough to meet your needs. We offer everything from a jazz trio or quartet, which is well suited for an intimate gathering such as a wedding cocktail hour or a gallery opening, to a larger multi-instrumentalist ensemble that could easily fill a larger space or corporate event.
Thank you so much Miami Jazz Collective. A special thanks to the band leader Rudy Infante for being such a professional. He did everything he promised to do. All 4 members arrived on time. They added the right mood that I envisioned for my sister's birthday dinner. The band even welcome my 16 year old son to join them with his sax. It was an amazing evening, even with the rain and all. Miami Jazz Collective was very accommodating and I will recommend and certainly will use them again. Thank you guys!

Thank you so much for you kind words and hospitality. It was our pleasure to perform for you and your guests.
The Miami Jazz Collective were very cool!! The music was so smooth and I absolutely loved them. They played at my X-mas party and turned the place out. Everyone at my part enjoyed them and wanted to hire them for their next event. "Can some one give these guys a recording contract?" These guys were grooving all night long and some of the riffs they did were unbelievable. You have to see them in person.
They were very polite, professional and gracious. I will be hiring them several times in the future.
Great jazz band!!

We have a variety of ensembles to choose from based on your needs. Tell us about your event and we'll give you ideas as to what type of combo would be most appropriate based on what has worked in the past. Some people want a small trio to serve as background music during a reception or cocktail hour, others want a more interactive group featuring a male or female vocalist. It's all up to you.
We represent a collective are seasoned jazz instrumentalists and vocalists with experience performing in various genres. We regularly perform both locally and abroad for audiences of fifteen to over twenty thousand guests. Because we comprise a group of musicians from a very diverse musical background, it is natural for us to put together a combo that aligns with your vision for the event. When not playing events such as the CMJ Music Conference, Mont Tremblant Blues Festival, or the New Orleans Jazz Fest, we come together in intimate settings to perform locally and share our love of music with others.
We do not require any special staging or lighting. If this is something that you would like, then let us know and we can make it happen. Most of our clients know where they would like the band to set up. All you would need to do is verify that there is a reliable power source then you can leave the rest to us.
Thought the set list varies depending on the audience and the clients needs, here are typical selections for a cocktail hour jazz trio or quartet:

Song For My Father (Horace Silver)

Because we are a multi cultural collective of professional local musicians, our influences are exceptionally diverse. Though we all perform in a variety of capacities throughout a range of genres, we are all well versed in the standard jazz repertoire of the 40's-60's, and The Great American Songbook; what we call "The Standards".
