We are a Cleveland based Blues band bringing you all the best blues, jazz, swing and R&B hits. Including veterans of such legendary Cleveland-area bands as Tiny Alice, Wild Horses, and The Baskerville Hounds, the Blue Drivers feature blues standards by artists like Muddy Waters, Junior Wells and Little Walter, swinging jump blues by Louis Jordan, Tiny Bradshaw and Louis Prima, jazz tunes by Mose Allison and Billie Holiday, as well as modern blues, soul and originals.
I recently saw Blue Drivers at Cavotta's in Euclid. Great band - great vocals, guitars, keyboard & percussion. A good mix of blues, swing & rock. Cavotta's is a great outdoor venue - it's small, has a nice patio & lots of covered tables, & serves food & drink. I'm sad I just discovered this place, now that summer is over. Will be back next year -
They don’t look like a blues band but they sure do sound like one. And friends who enjoy playing together are a hoot to see no matter how they look.
