Our line up ranges from cute and cuddly kangaroos, kinkajous, chinchillas and more, to the creepier things like bugs, frogs, snakes and lizards. You get to pick and customize your event.

Animal Presentations and Parties- Our normal programs last approx. 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour. We will deliver out a group of animals that YOU select from our website. Each animal will be brought out one at a time and introduced to the crowd. We will give facts and fun trivia about each animal. Touching is encouraged for medium to small sized groups. For birthday parties, the birthday child is allowed to hold each animal. These programs are recommended for those 3 and up.
Touch Table - Our touch table is a great alternative to the more structured program. This set up works great for carnivals or festivals and allows crowds to pass through to see and briefly touch a few of the creatures (3 years and up). This is a more educational alternative to the more traditional petting zoo.
The Creature Teacher has been serving the Dallas and surrounding areas for almost 20 years. We have the experience and expertise to make your next event amazing! All of our staff have degrees in science or education. Kids and animals are our passion. Our goal is to educate children and adults about wildlife in a fun and exciting way. For groups larger than 50, a PA system is often required. We can bring our own system, but appreciate the ability to utilize any systems already in place.
