Dale Toliver is a premier instrumental Jazz guitarist, composer, and producer who performs standard Jazz and a blend of original arrangements on various platforms with his group known as the "Dale Toliver Band." In some settings, they may perform as a duo or trio.

Born in Buffalo, New York, the guitarist's musical career began at the age of nine and eventually settled on the guitar at the age of seventeen. Dale played every kind of music, from Country to Rock to Funk and Jazz, and traveled as a lead guitarist for the "Moonshine" and "Crosswinds" bands.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Toliver launched his music television show "Jazz at Rico's" with Fox Network and later transitioned to WETM Channel 18 with NBC. Advancing within his profession, Dale has recorded three CDs, teaches private guitar lessons and masterclasses from his book "Lesson Guide 1 for Guitar: Building Chops, Dexterity, and Execution" and held various leadership roles as musical/artistic director. Throughout his explorations, Dale continues to deliver effective leadership and amazes audiences across the country.

Toliver's distinctive sound opened many doors for him to share the stage with musicians from across the country. Dale expresses himself with great precision, control, and musicality. He believes every performance opportunity fosters community engagement, musical creativity, and professional development.
