The Encore Quartet traveled to Prescott to play at my wedding ceremony. The booking manager had great communication and made my planning a breeze from start to finish. They exceeded my expectations. The musicians played prelude music prior to my ceremony and impressed my guests with the wide range of music. I selected "The Final Countdown" to be played prior to my ceremony starting because my first wedding was postponed a year due to covid and my guests loved it! I opened the windows inside my venue so I could hear the songs being played for the processional (Rocky Theme, James Bond, Tale As Old As Time and The Swan). I highly recommend The Encore Quartet. The music was beautiful, magical and was the perfect addition to our wedding day. Thank you for making our special day absolutely perfect!

Booking Expectations- You will work personally with Heather our booking manager & violinist to select your package and input event details into a contract. Heather strives to response withing 24-48 hours to help make your planning process stress free. A small deposit of $125-$175 is due at the time of booking with a signed contract to officially reserve your event.
After Booking- You will receive our repertoire with over 700 songs to choose from to select your song selections for your special event. Final song selections are due 1 month prior to the event along with the final payment.
Day of event, we arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your event to touch base with an on site wedding coordinator or event planner to discuss anything important cues we need to know. We typically wear all black to our events and request the venue provide four armless chairs. We play the music that was requested for the event.

The Encore Quartet is made up of four musicians who use a combination of the cello, viola, and violin to create music fit for a wide variety of occasions. We can even add acoustic guitar to your string ensemble package.
