These guys are the real deal! They showed up dressed for the event and were perfectly on point! Our guests were all so impressed with the music and danced all night. We’ll definitely hire them again for future events.
Response from The Houston Wiseguys:
Thank You Raye for hiring us!! It was a high honor and a good time performing for You and Your husband and Your guest. Ya'll were truly AWESOME Host and made it easy to work for. We would love to work for you all again, anytime.
This band is awesome. I hired them for my 40th birthday party and the weather was perfect so they could set up in my back yard and I couldn’t be more pleased. The songs were great, they are quality musicians, and also had fun personalities. My only regret is not hiring them for another hour or two because I didn’t want it to end. I would absolutely hire them again if I have an event that calls for a band.
Response from The Houston Wiseguys:
Thank You Michelle for your kind words. You and Your family were wonderful and most helpful. The guest were very gracious too and received us well even though we didn't have our full band there. Best Wishes and Happy 40th and many more Prosperous years for you all.
This band was fabulous. We hired them for my mom's 85th birthday and all I can say is we had a wonderful time. The were prompt with setup and extremely easy to deal with. I recommend 💯!! Thank you, Houston Wiseguys we will see you again.
The Houston Wiseguys did a great job performing at our Holiday Party. They arrived on time and set up with no issue. We did have a hard time hearing them in the beginning, but I think that might have been due to our setup. One thing I would have liked to have was background music playing while they took their breaks. Even just a stock playlist that was plugged in. Would've really helped keep the vibe going throughout the evening.
Other than that - they did a great job!
Response from The Houston Wiseguys:
Thank you Lauren for hiring us and for the nice review.
We apologize for no background music in between sets. We usually do have it playing.
I booked this band to provide 1920s era and swing entertainment at a corporate event. The booking was for two musicians and a female singer (flapper style). The group that turned up was a drummer, saxophonist and keyboard player (the keyboard wasn't even full size and they didn't bring a piano stool, so we had to find them a chair) - all were male and non of them sang. They played Christmas songs instead of the swing/jazz I had requested. There was a female in attendance but she turned out to the wife of one of the musicians and spent the whole time filming the band. They did a good job, but I would recommend re-checking the booking ahead of time to make sure you are really getting what you asked for.
Can't say enough about Chelsea Lerner & The Houston Wiseguys. Really appreciated them willing to make the trip up to Austin for our private event, and was glad we could have them join us. They were extremely professional, fun, and easy to work with.
They did an excellent job of setting the tone for our Roaring 20's event with a great mix of songs (I think they may know every song ever recorded ;) and Chelsea was amazing at engaging everyone at the party, making them feel comfortable, and even getting them dancing along.
They really helped make the evening a success, and would highly recommend them for any event that needs some great music!
Response from The Houston Wiseguys:
Thank you Ben for hiring us and for the nice review.
We had a great time and you all were a fun group to perform for.
We could not be more pleased with The Houston Wiseguys! Vinney and the guys arrived on time, they were very nice gentlemen and the music was fantastic. Our progressive dinner was a huge success and the Wiseguys helped get it over the top with their big jazz sound that got everyone dancing. Would highly recommend them for your next event.
Response from The Houston Wiseguys:
Thank You, Kimberley! We had a great time performing for you all...and you all were very kind to us.
All of our attendees loved listening to the music! They were very polite and got everyone excited at the event! We did a Great Gatsby theme, and they played their part well!
Response from The Houston Wiseguys:
