The Improv Imps

We are a comedy troupe and each show involves 4-8 players. Some of our improv games are designed for audience participation, but we can customize that to your comfort level. Participation can be simple such as asking the audience for a word or involve a volunteer to come up on stage (no performance required).

When we perform for private parties or events, we can cater games and sketches to a person or theme which is always a lot of fun for the audience.

Founded in 2010, The Improv Imps (also known as The Improper Imps of Improv) began as a short-form improv troupe (think Whose Line Is It Anyway) and developed over the years into a creative team--creating original improv games, themed shows and original sketch comedy with memorable characters. The Imps live and perform in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area.

No two shows are the same, but each one promises a lot of laughter and ridiculous fun.
