We recently hired The Polka Dot Man to twist balloons at our daughter's 2nd birthday party. I wanted to do something special for her and her seven toddler friends and am so happy I chose him. The Polka Dot Guy arrived on time, set up shop and got to work. The kids were too small to really say what they wanted, so he just kept pumping out awesome balloon animals, crowns, swords, etc. and the kids were absolutely thrilled. In addition to making great balloon art, The Polka Dot Man is hilarious and really good with kids. A+ - would highly recommend.
