The Polka Dot Man was awesome, he was on time, he was prepared, he was very outgoing, personable, funny, dressed for the part, and did an amazing job with the balloon art. We would recommend him to anyone at any time. He was fantastic!
I have attached some pictures of fun balloons he made for our staff.
