Polka Dot man took our party 100 notches up!! He was fun, entertaining, and skilled with the balloons. I mean the things he created with the balloons were awe-inspiring from DNAs to Viking hats, I was thoroughly impressed. He engaged with the party guests with fun facts about the models he was making. I will highly recommend him and hire him again for an event. He was professional and responsive too. I can not sing his praises enough. it was a pleasant experience working with him.
