Doing business with the polka dot man was the best experience ever. He was very cooperative & understanding about my booking time changes. He arrived minutes earlier than start time with balloons already blown up. And to put cherry on top he fulfilled my request and had a super cool magic trick for my adult guests (which he normally don't do). My group age range was kind of too young but the parents enjoyed Mr. Polka dot man also even asked for his booking information. BALLOON ART IS OUT OF THIS WORLD
