A true professional! The Polka Dot Man was a hit at our 1 year old daughter's birthday party. Everyone from babies to adults enjoyed his fantastic balloon twisting skills. He arrived early and was able to set up right away. The entire event he had a line waiting of guest to get their personalized balloon creations. Highly recommend!
