We are The Rangers! We're an original country/country rock band. We currently have two records out; “The Bayou” and “Way of The West” with a 3rd Honky Tonkin album on the way. As stated above we play all original music with a few intermingled covers. Check us out on Spotify or Apple Music to hear our stuff, just look up “The Rangers” and look for our gold badge! We also have some samples here on GigSalad! We put on a helluva show, have high energy and make it known in our performances, we love what we do! A fun and rowdy show with high energy, good production, great sound, and a wide variety of talent! Even though we're an original band our music style is pretty diverse. Our original songs are twangy, Texas country songs, with a mix of country-rock, and some good ol fashioned ballads! When we get on that stage we act like professionals and have a hell of a fun time doing it!
The covers we play are a mix of 70s and 80s outlaw stuff, but we will always play our original music in the set as well. Majority original music with our band.
The Rangers are a Chicago based 4 piece band playing Country Rockin’, Honky Tonkin’, Texas Country music! With 3 albums and two singles, their goal is to "bring country music back to its roots!"
The Rangers have been writing and playing their original music since right around 2021 and haven’t quit since.
Live, The Rangers bring high energy, fast pickin', and dynamic rhythms to the stage with their original music, along with a few occasional selections from some of country's all time greats.
We have our own power rig, P.A. System, lights, in ear monitors, hazer and the whole shebang. However, it saves us a ton of extra heavy lifting, if you've got a P.A./ lights and a sound engineer/front of house guy. We can hire our own sound guy if we need him, but we'd have to work that into the price. We have lots of guitars, and some small stage props so the more space we have the better. We move around a lot in this band so no standing still in one place the whole night for us.

Band uses In-Ear monitor system. However, front of stage band members (Bass, Vocals/RG, Lead Guitar) can use floor monitors if need be.
Changes depending on length of shows. Lots of new songs (really fun Country tunes), some select picks from our first two records, and probably about 3-4 covers.
