We perform Victorian era carol singing combined with period costumes and presentation. We have a large set of Dickens-style carols that will add a festive touch to your celebration. We also have a set of modern holiday songs available.

In one word: incredible. At the time we had contacted The Village Carolers, our family had just come across some very trying and emotional times. In order to make it a special Christmas and bring the family close, we called upon Michael & Suzanne to make our family gathering a magical one. And The Village Carolers delivered on every front. I hired The Village Carolers to perform at my home as a surprise for my Mom the Sunday before Christmas 2015. She was, indeed, surprised and so enjoyed the performance. I am so very glad I did it because as it turned out, Christmas 2015 was my Mom's last Christmas here on this earth. I have a video from the day and it gives me comfort to see my Mom & the Carolers anytime I want to remember her so happy and once again relive the memory of the Carolers A-MAZING performance. We booked the Village Carolers for Christmas 2015, which was also our Dad's 85th birthday. They were all we could ask for- very accommodating to make this surprise event work so well. Once they started to carol- we were all mesmerized, beautiful harmonies which truly brought the Christmas spirit into our home. Kind, gentle people with loads of heart and phenomenal opera voices that combined to make us really feel the season- we can highly recommend them 5 stars!!!

Our singers are professionally trained vocalists with decades of experience between us. We sing a variety of music spanning nearly 1000 years from 11th century carols up to this very decade. Our performances are energetic and fun, and we come dressed in beautiful Dickensian costumes.
We've sung for many excellent clients over the years including being the featured carolers at Christmas Con, the NJ Make-A-Wish Foundation, NFL Films, the Philadelphia Phillies, the New York Knicks, Food Network, United Airlines, Tito's Vodka, Goya Foods, the Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia, and many more. We have also been a featured performer for the tree lighting at the Philadelphia River Rink, broadcast on NBC 10 Philadelphia.
We have quartets available for performances all over the mid-Atlantic region. Our individual performers have been seen / heard on "PBS Great Performances," Broadway, The Metropolitan Opera, Chicago Opera, Dallas Opera, Opera Philadelphia, International music festivals, recordings, and national tours.

Our current Victorian-era repertoire list includes the following carols and songs which were available to caroling groups in the Victorian era (circa 1905 or before). Carols with an asterisk (*) after them indicate carols where we will sing one verse in the original language, and follow with verses in English. Carols with a red superscript ‘s‘ are not overtly Christian in nature and are appropriate for more secular performances.
