My Dave and Dan formed Time Bandits out of the ashes of another band they were members in. They perform songs you know and love. Our repertoire includes classic rock from the 60s, 70s & 80s, with a splash of country.
Familiar, yet sometimes unexpected tunes. Come and have a fun, yet casual experience! We are an acoustic trio that can perform in smaller settings, yet comfortable in larger venues. We use acoustic guitars and harmonica. Not incorporating a drummer keeps our volume at a level where you can talk across your table to your friends.

Brian Cork is a Missouri native who was bitten by the music bug as a teenager. Initially, The Beatles inspired him to pick up learning guitar. Over time, he got into even more classic rock like Eric Clapton, Neil Young, Van Morrison, and more. Brian handled lead vocals in KC Metro bands like The Fade Aways and The Indy 45s. He was born in the Year of the Dog.
David Hynes hails originally from Oklahoma, later moving to the KC area in 2017. The early days of rock & roll got him interested in music. Later, the emergence of folk music and the Beatles inspired him to learn to play the guitar. And there was always country music's influence. This led to playing in groups in high school & college, later with classic rock groups in his adult years.
Dan "The Bass Man" McNeff was born and raised in Kansas City, KS. His first public performance was at nine years old. He and a school friend played a violin duet for fellow classmates in the cafeteria. This lit the fire for a lifetime of music performances. His grade school music teacher switched him to the double bass (upright) after two years on violin. Since then he's played all forms of bass in classic rock, folk and bluegrass bands.
