Lisa is on the mission of Transforming the Human in Human Resources®. To reduce the statistics indicating that 60% of employees say, “managers are the reason” they left their company, she speaks about HR compliance and the critical managerial soft-skills required to reduce liability, increase employee retention and improve business performance. Her goal is to reduce the soft-skills gap and ensure “no matter how tough the conversation, every employee walks out of the manager's office with their dignity intact. Her firm is an approved provider of recertification credit programs for SHRM and HRCI.
Originally, from Brooklyn, NY, she is a wife, mom, grandma and considers herself a craft geek.
I am sharing this review on behalf of Lisa Perez, who, on many occasions, has conducted breakout sessions and icebreakers for Women's Events and Conferences. With either small or large audiences she has a delightful and engaging communication style that we have always enjoyed.
Lisa served on the women's ministry team for 10 plus years at our local church. She is a mature Christian who is a positive role model to many women through her leadership and facilitation of a Woman to Woman Mentoring program. Lisa utilized her skills to oversee Family Expos and Vendor Exhibitions. She created tools to be used for both the participant and the vendor for feedback and evaluations.
As a woman of integrity and dependability, I highly recommend her for speaking engagements and any services you organization might need her to provide.
Response from Transforming the Human in Human Resources:

Lisa Perez with HBL Resources continues to bring real life, real circumstances to the front of
ones mind. Her knowledge of the issues, specifically COVID-19 this time, proves again as
always she is not just your average human resource professional. She keeps on top of the
issues, finds solutions and shares that information with others in a way that is no nonsense and
understandable. Mrs. Perez is definitely a go to for Human Resource information.

The best way for me to advise you of what the audience can expect is to use information about what my audience has said:
“The facilitation of the Model of Human Behavior (which emphasized the value of using D.I.S.C. Assessments) was always engaging and educational and provided ease of application to improve internal working relationships and teams.” Raul Leal, Former CEO, Virgin Hotels
“… I have to say that yours was one of the best … presentations I have ever seen! Definitely on point hitting on all cylinders. … laying out the distinction for task oriented D & C types – Know/Trust/Like instead of the standard Know/Like/Trust model is an amazing insight and I believe quite accurately portrays how things work in the real world.” Dr. Robert Wright, Author & Wellness Coach, Stress Free Now
“I received a bunch of great feedback on the presentation tonight. You showed a thorough command of the subject matter and was able to really engage the group. Please feel free to attend any future meetings, and if you need a reference for a speaking engagement please don’t hesitate to give them my contact info.”
Michael Samach, Fort Lauderdale Chapter, Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG)
“…As a professional facilitator and public speaking coach, I am frequently amazed at the lackluster content and delivery of many, if not most, presenters. Not Lisa!! As the audience entered the room, she engaged all of us immediately by encouraging everyone.” Laurie Glover, President, QSTS, Inc
"I've had the honor of participating in a few workshops with Lisa, one of which was a leadership session for community leaders on "Leading From True North." The wealth of information that Lisa was able to impart was topical, relevant, and engaging. Participants left the session with resources and information to improve their leadership skills. I would highly recommend Lisa as a speaker and facilitator." Marsha Lowe, Ed.D., Community Director, Oasis Church
"Very Educational, and informative, and your Interactive speaking style allowed our attendees to be fully engaged in the subject, I even noticed several participants taking extensive notes. We received great feedback including requests for your presentation and boost of positive feedback, so the Expo overall was a huge success, we thank you for your part in it. We look forward to working with you again in the future and please feel free to provide my contact information to future event planners who might be seeking your services as a Keynote speaker." Peter Mason, Executive Director, Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce
