Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Face Painting and Balloon Twisting

Cici was a great addition to our party. Her and her partner did face painting and balloon animals for all the children. They were kind and patient, I would recommend 100%!

Did some amazing art for the children and the children-at-heart at our company picnic, we where certainly pleased with the service provided.

We had our party today with them and they were lovely! Great with the kids and did nice work. I am so happy with their service and hope to book again for a next event. Thank you Cici!

We hired balloon twisters for my girl's 4th birthday party and they were awesome. Punctual and fun. Great quality of service and very friendly!

They arrived early for setup and the kids really enjoyed their services. My daughter is still playing with the balloons they tied up for her!

There are two balloon twisters came to our party and they did an amazing work. All the children love their balloon.

Cici and Tom are friendly and patient. It was good to have them for the party so all the kids were entertained and had so much fun.

Cici arrived when agreed and was ready to go. We had a delay on our side and Cici was very understanding in adjusting to the new plan. We are very happy to have seen so many smiling faces with wonderful designs painted! We would definitely have her for future parties again.

TTLS did a great job for our Open House Anniversary Party.
They arrived on time, had everything ready to go quickly and efficiently. They were also professional yet friendly with our parents/children and very talented. We were all impressed by the many choices of balloon and face painting choices!
I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend this business for any event.

The couple showed up in time, set up was pretty fast and all 13 kids got a balloon in 1.5 hours. Some kids got the second one because their first one popped up.
Children mostly seemed to be happy.
Though, some parents were not so excited about the balloons some of which did not look how the adults would expect them to look for the money paid.

Overall it was good and children enjoyed the process of seeing the balloons being twisted. I wish there was more interaction with children. The artist came with the companion (I think he didn't have enought English, so he needed somebody there to be his voice). They spent about 10-15 minutes for the set up and then I thought there would something like "Hello everybody. We are here to make the animals, flowers etc with the balloons. This how we are going to do this..." Or maybe "We are here to celebrate the birthday of so and so. Let's have fun making some animals etc". They said nothing. I had to come to them and ask them about the procedure. They said to not line up, but kids can come one by one. The good thing that we had a few older kids (around 6 y.o.) who wanted to have fun, so they were the once to bug the balloon artist and ask about animals, flowers. I wonder though how that would work with younger kids who need some time to get used to the strangers.
We haven't have too many kids (about 8-10), so some of them had 2 animals/flowers at the end which was great.
There wasn't any picture or any kind of "giving an idea" to the kids on what can be made. Thus, some parents had to come with ideas.
The artist also left quietly without saying the actual good bye to the kids.

The couple who came to paint faces and twist balloons were very nice. The face painting was a little slow to start but luckily everyone who wanted a their face painted got it done in the time allotted. Would have appreciated more clarity upfront on how many kids could get face paint in the time booked.

We had Twinkle Twinkle Little Star at our engagement party. There were about 20 kids under the age of 10. They did an excellent job with both face painting and balloon animals. The kids had so much fun. Thank you!

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star did a great job at my daughters birthday party. The face paint designs were adorable and Cici spent a lot of time & effort to make every child happy. The balloon animals were adorable and everyone was happy! We’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Our corporate company hired the balloon twisting artists for our booth at the Richmond Salmon Festival and we were very impressed. An excellent team, their response to questions I had were answered in a very timely manner, very professional.

Twinkle Twinkle can to our last minute event and was able to help us in a pinch..
Everything from service, balloon twisting and interaction with both parents and children was amazing.

Sisi was fantastic with the kids, and she made great balloons of all varieties!

The face painter did the exact design that the kids chose and everyone was happy with their funny faces! Next time I would combine the face painter and the balloon twister .

I booked this company about 5 weeks in advance from 12:30-2pm .The day before CiCi called and said she had to change the time from 12-1:30 because they had a tight schdule that day. She didnt five me the options she just said they were now coming for 12pm. I was a little annoyed .My party started at 12pm and i wanted to give everyone 30mins to arrive then begin the entertainment. Most of the time people are late to arrive for childrens parties. I was concerned they would not have enough time to paint 11 faces. In the end it all worked out and the kids were happy. But I just thought it was inconsiderate to change the start time. People are particular about how they want their party day to unfold.

They were fantastic to work with for our grand opening event. The kids loved it but I think the staff loved it more.

They are punctual and a great balloon twister. I would recommend them to friends.

Cici and her husband Tom were great! Tom knows a wide variety of balloon creations and Cici is just as talented with face painting ☺.

We booked Cici last minute for our party and appreciated that she made herself available. She arrived early and twisted balloons patiently and with enthusiasm for 2 hours! The kids loved her creations. I highly recommend this artist!
