Uke 66

We are so happy Uke 66 made the trip to Kansas City to play at our brewery for a Luau party! The crowd loved them and they are such sweet folks. Would absolutely recommend!

They were fabulous!! Laid back, easy going and extremely talented. We received lots of raves about how enjoyable their entertainment was. Lovely couple!!

Uke-66 provided such a enjoyable experience for our residents. They were involved and really connected with the audience. They followed our protocols by providing COVID19 vaccine card and wearing masks when socializing after. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful duo to work with. I've already been getting questions on when they're coming back so we will definitely been booking again!

We were looking for a singer with a guitar to play hymns for my grandmother's graveside service. I saw Rick's videos and decided to hire him. I was hesitant about having a ukelalee at a funeral, but I had a feeling it would be fine. It was more than fine! Rick went above and beyond. He was very sensitive about the style for the occasion, as well as very kind to everyone who he spoke to. He came early for setting up and played beautiful prelude music while friends and family were visiting, which was lovely. We were VERY blessed that he was available.

Uke 66 showed up on time and was very entertaining. Communication with Rick was very easy by text. I love their unique sound and, would highly recommend.

GigSalad hired Uke 66 to play at the Laser's Family Night! They were a wonderful addition to the evening and played beautifully. Even with a number of frustrations at the venue, Uke 66 was pleasant, eager to play, and accommodating! I know we will stay in touch and are excited to book them again.

We needed some light, non-stuffy music for our ceremony and Uke 66 really fit the bill! They were easy to work with and even did a special request for us. They really made our ceremony special and fun.

I'm an Activities Director and Rick & Karen are two of the sweetest people we've ever had come and entertain residents at the retirement home I work for. They are flexible and easy to work with, reasonably priced/willing to work with your budget, and have no problem working with themed programs or whatever your needs may be. We had them back this last time for our Hawaiian Luau themed event (of which they were very prepared, having been to Hawaii several times). I have hired them three times now and our residents absolutely love them! In fact, I had at least a dozen residents request that they return again soon. It's hard to be anything but happy when you hear lighthearted ukulele music, but they add to it with their fun and engaging talk in between songs. We look forward to having them back. I highly recommend Rick & Karen for your entertainment needs!

We've had Uke 66 lead us in worship a couple of times and the worship services have been so fun and meaningful. They really know how to lift spirits. They are easy to work with as we were able to plan the worship service together. They brought all of their own equipment and were able to easily plug into our sound system. They also invited members of our congregation's band to play along with them. I highly recommend Uke 66 for your event!

I've had the privilege of booking UKE 66 for two, very different events -- a campaign rally and my daughter's wedding. In both settings, they provided first rate entertainment. Their set-list was broad,, varied, and tailored perfectly in both instances. Their personal warmth, talents and professionalism cultivated precisely the environment we'd hoped. From uke standards to pop hits to Broadway show tunes, they can do it all -- with flair. They will be at the top of my list for any event at which music is required -- and just a nice addition.
