Urban Sounds Disc Jockey (USDJ)

We contacted our contracted through gig salad DJ via their contact and through gig salad. They have no cancelation or change date plans in contract. And never got back to us with multiple contacts. I gave up and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Even now, past the original date NO contact. My credit card company took the loss for refunding my event and the no contact DJ got to keep the money I paid. How wonderful is he? Don't know never got the opportunity to use him. He contracted a new DJ for our new event date as he never contacted us to make changes. Gig salad was understanding yet didn't help with the situation. I recommend work privately with vendors and ensure your butt is covered thoroughly in the contract just as much as the vendor.
