Valerie J Lewis Coleman spoke at a writer's symposium I attended. I enjoyed every speaker, but she was my absolute favorite. I could have easily listened to her twice as long. Her information was interesting, useful and timely. She kept me enthralled the entire time she spoke. She was witty and her presentation was full of humor. I think I had a smile on my face the entire time. As a teacher, I kept thinking how my colleagues would enjoy and benefit from Ms. Coleman's presentation. I felt fortunate to be in attendance and hear her speak. In all honesty, if I ever have the opportunity to hear Ms. Coleman speak again at an event, I will be there and make sure I invite others.
