Verlaba is an acoustic duo formed by the singer Elaheh and the guitarist Pierre.
Elaheh grew up in Iran listening to her mother sing. She now brings back Persian tunes to life by interpreting them through her own feelings and emotions. When in Paris, Pierre played with his gypsy guitar the music of Django Reinhardt, Eastern Europe tunes or French waltzes. This background helps him create an original accompaniment to the delicate Persian melodies sung by Elaheh.
