We are an event staffing agency providing superior service in Houston and surrounding areas for private or business occasions.
We provide event support staff for occasions of all sizes. Our service includes Bartenders, Wait Staff, Banquet Captains, Event Managers, Food Passers, Food Runners, Cashiers and Registration Agents, Meeting Coordinators, Wedding Coordinators, Event Setup and Breakdown and much more.
I hired Viewpoint Hospitality for my launch party in early March 2020. They arrived on time and provided great service. Both Irene and the waitstaff were really nice. I would definitely recommend them for your event.

Late - only 3 out of the 15 waitstaff arrived within 5 minutes after scheduled arrival time. The rest were at least 30 min late.
Slow replenishing drink stations - had to be asked 4 times
Although we only had 30 tables - equal to 16 people per waiter, food delivery time was very slow. I received my plate 25 min after requested. ( and was the person who hired them)
Again, very nice people but much training is needed.

Staff were on time, courteous and professional.
Connor did great, absolutely instrumental for us. Super professional, can't rave enough. Someone give him a pay raise, he was so good, and I was so impressed.
All details were discussed by the day of event. We were concerned to have professional team for our wedding day. Nothing is flawless, but this team did great.
Maricar, team supervisor, managed the team properly and well coordinated with other vendors. I am happy with the result.
Viewpoint Staffing offered the most professional service I've ever employed at one of my events! They provided a level of service that allowed my husband and I to totally enjoy our guests and the party! I wild never host another event without the professional assistance of Viewpoint Staffing!
We hired 2 bartenders for our annual holiday party. They were nice and attentive. During slow times, one of the bartenders would walk the room and collect empty cups/napkins. They kept the bar well stocked and cleaned up everything once they were finished. They drained our coolers and threw away all trash. It was SO NICE to not have to do any clean up from the bar area. They made our party so much easier by taking on the responsibility of the bar and we will definitely use them again!
Pondra did a fabulous job and was a great fit for our event. She was professional and friendly. We really enjoyed her presence and work ethic.
I would like to thank Irene for finding such great staff for our event 2 years in a row now.
