Vivant prides ourselves on very quick and timely responses with any communication. We start with a basic understanding of your event needs, creative direction and budget and tailor talent and performance options to fit those needs. We provide a detailed proposal with visuals and pricing and secure all talent with professional contracts. We base a lot of our offerings around food and beverage and are on top of all that entails as it relates to your event taking the necessary time to discuss these needs in advance with food and beverage directors and are on site at the event to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. We think of anything that might affect the flow of the evening from prep to start to finish making sure we cover every detail. Everyone on our team are professional and friendly and our goal is to develop a long-term relationship with each client so that we are asked to create many events down the road.

Vivant launched Oct 2012 and is owned by artist and creator Malissa Cloven. Malissa combines her years of freelance photography, set design and entertaining to offer fresh, new and unique entertainment that elevates food and beverage, offers visual experiences and provocative performances, and seeks out hot trends globally.

Many of our talent do specialty acts which have specific requirements. We will ask questions in advance and offer up suggestions to best showcase the talent at each event. We fully discuss each talents on/off times and any space or safety requirements that should be taken in consideration for the talents well being as well as the guests. We require each of our specialty talent to be insured and offer paperwork for review if requested.
