When it came time to cut the cake and sing happy birthday, she played along with us and made the experience so much better. To top off everything, she was great with my dogs, which was very much appreciated! I highly recommend hiring her for an event. Live music is always so much better than the digital alternative, especially from someone as talented as this violinist.

Thien Truc came to our backyard to play for an hour on Mother's Day. She was very communicative leading up to the event, had a curated list of songs from which to choose but was also open to finding sheet music to playing songs that weren't on the list. She is incredibly talented, and played beautifully. It made my wife's day.

I was able to surprise my wife for her university graduation with a backyard graduation dinner for family. My wife, 8 year daughter, and entire family loved Trucs talents and humble professionalism. I booked Thien for my launch party back in early March 2020. She did an excellent playing the violin. I would definitely recommend her services.

Truc played the violin and organized a duet for our ceremony. The violin and cello really amplified throughout the room at The Bell Tower on 34th, and I was so impressed by her attention to detail in the days leading up to the wedding when we discussed logistics. All the songs I requested were timed perfectly to the processional, ceremony and recessional. She even went out of her way find the sheet music to learn “Secrets” by One Republic. Her goodnatured support meant so much to us and The string duo really created the perfect atmosphere for our special day.
