It's all about the POWER within!!! Over the past three years I have been working out this Wellness Program. This is a journey to discovering ones true strength and confidence. This is the kind of adventure that helps you step out of your comfort zone and into the belief that you are in charge of your life and you have the power to overcome any challenge. This is a program that will help you learn how to embrace the natural tools you have like mind, body, soul and most importantly, your breathing. When we can fully connect with, love and trust ourselves, that's when the true power ignites!
I booked Wild Birds Yoga for a group session for a girls weekend I was hosting. There were 6 of us with varying yoga experience and everyone left feeling amazing! Stephany spent time explaining poses, adjusting where it was needed and providing modifications for beginners. One of the girls who had never done yoga before left saying she would do sessions with Stephany every day if she could! I could not recommend Wild Birds Yoga enough. Professional and personal, all we had to do was show up with our mats!

I'm all about going with the flow and everyone feeling as comfortable as possible.
Once I got old enough to realize my heart would be broken forever because of all of the people I'd never be able to help I decided to still do whatever I could to become the best version of myself, no matter what tragedy I faced, because life is meant to be beautiful and we are meant to love well, so in turn I could pass on what I learned and help empower others to become the greater version of themselves and attain all their hearts desire.
I completed my teacher training, May 2020, under the warmth of one of my mentors, Leslie Pearlman, at her studio in Hampton Bays, Good Ground Yoga. The style that Leslie teaches in is Forrest Yoga.
Forrest Yoga was created by none other than Ana T. Forrest. She created this style of yoga for similar reasons, to empower others to love themselves and take the skills they learn on the yoga mat and apply them to real life.
In Forrest Yoga there is a big focus on the core, believing that is where our power stems from.
I created my program also based on these beliefs. After closely studying children my whole life, I came to understand that we are all still walking around with those children inside of us and some of us never gained the confidence we all deserve to have to accomplish all our life goals. We get down on ourselves if we aren't living up to our full potential, feeling stuck, forever asking *is this is?*
Bringing it all to the mat helps. Challenging yourself, slowing down, focusing on all the little details of how you feel in your body, drowning out the sound of things that don't matter, staying present, one breath at a time, fulling connecting with ourselves and stepping out of our comfort zone...
The definition of yoga is to calm the fluctuations of the mind... how is that possible? I'll show you!
