Our wedding ceremony took place during the 2020 COVID 19 global pandemic and Dan worked with us throughout the whole process. We had booked Willer music before the pandemic started and had great communication from the get go. We were so happy that we were able to have our musicians at our ceremony, they made such a difference. Everybody attended the ceremony really enjoyed them! Dan himself was actually stuck in Brazil during this but maintained communication and made sure there was a replacement musician for him. I would highly recommend working with Dan and Willer music!

Our wedding date was changed due to COVID-19. Dan Willer was so accommodating and was able to rebook us with only 3 weeks notice to our new date. The musicians showed up early to our venue at the Ancaster Mill and practiced beforehand. The songs we chose were played so well and it made our ceremony feel so special and elegant. We had Marina and Brendan - violin and cello. I would not hesitate to recommend the musicians to anyone. The musicians were professional and very good musicians. Their music transitioned seamlessly during each part of the ceremony. Amazing work; Dan was a pleasure to communicate with by email to organize the music for our wedding ceremony.

Dan and his team was great. They played for 2 hours for our 10 year anniversary. Took requests as well! Their rates are very good, and the level of service is truly professional. I highly recommend them for your events.

Dan was absolutely amazing throughout the whole wedding planning process. He was actually the 1st vendor I hired - and I did so without hesitation. Dan is very thorough, patient, understanding, and quick to respond. He answered all of my questions and provided amazing advice in order to help create my vision. Although I was worried about spending money on something that wasn't a "necessity", our instrumental duo set the ambiance for the evening and was the perfect touch to our day! We got married at Pillar and Post in September and hired Willer Music to play at the ceremony. Dan was super quick to respond to emails and knew all the songs we requested! We had many guests compliment us on the ambiance the duet added to the ceremony!

I'm so happy we went with Dan Willer and his musicians for our wedding. Of all the vendors we hired, I felt completely confident with my music choice. Dan was professional, quick to respond to my questions, patient and very knowledgeable. The string trio for the ceremony really added to the atmosphere and I received many compliments. In the months leading up to our big day, Dan was very helpful and accommodating of requests, and we chose to pick a blend of contemporary and classic songs. We thought everything was lined up.

Then the big day came - and they played the wrong song for our processional. Lots of things don't go as planned on a wedding day. The weather, your relatives, and any number of things you can't control can throw a wrench in the works.

But to have paid professionals botch one of the biggest components of the ceremony; it really makes you wonder why you didn't just have your friend queue up the songs on their smartphone and spend the $1,000 on literally anything else.

That's a really bad feeling to have as your bridal party walks down the aisle. The performers were fine, but their attitudes were "meh" at best.

Overall, I feel that we did not get what we paid for, and while we still had a beautiful day, it was in spite of their presence, and in no way because of their presence.

This band is absolutely amazing. Extremely professional and engaging. Throughout the planning process, Dan was very responsive, professional, and prompt in responding to our questions and request. And on the day, they did everything perfectly. I'm so glad that I chose them. Book them as soon as you have your wedding date!

We had the trio (guitar, violin & cello), and a pianist. We were very happy with all the music that was provided. Dan was responsive and professional, and went out of his way to compose songs for us. The music was beautiful and really added to our wedding.

I had my wedding on Sep.22, 2017 at Hazelton Manor. Willer Music provided a guitar, cello and violin trio for my ceremony and cocktail hour. I can describe my experience with them is just simply the best! Dan Willer answered all my questions and helped me to go through the booking process very easy. Musician came much earlier then agreed to set up their equipment and to check the sound in order to make sure that everything is ready for the guests arrival. The quality of music was fantastic, all my guests are still talking about the trio performance. I strongly recommend Willer Music for anyone who likes outstanding customer service, great people and awesome music! Great job Willer Music, thank you that you made my wedding day extra special!

All I can say about Willer music is that they are great! Our company was hosting a corporate aviation event in Collingwood, ON and had our entertainment cancel last minute. I found Willer music online and reached out in hopes that they'd be able to perform with a notice less than 24 hrs. Luckily, they were available. They made their way up to the Collingwood Airport and from then on, everyone was loving the beautiful music that was playing in the hangar. They were lovely to work with and their music is phenomena, it was great to enjoy some nice jazz mixed with some current top 10 favourites. Would definitely recommend for personal or corporate events.

Willer Music provided string duo entertainment (guitar and cello) for our outdoor wedding reception and cocktail hour, and we could not be happier that we decided to work with Dan. He was always prompt, professional and helpful during our communication, and on our wedding day their music added a terrific ambience which made our ceremony even more emotional and special. They had no issue with travelling to the Bruce Peninsula for our wedding, and their pricing was extremely reasonable compared to many other musicians I considered. I am so so pleased that we went with Willer Music for our wedding day, and recommend them to any other bride and groom!

Our experience with Dan Willer was amazing for the Last Lecture at Ryerson University. I had come in touch with the company on GigSalad, looking for a violinist to play at our event. Despite the changes in budget for the entertainment, the company provided alternative options to provide the service at our event which was amazing. Also, I had contacted the company just a few days before the event and they made it possible. The performer was Natalie and she was very nice. Communicating through GigSalad was a breeze and we will definitely hire them for future events.

We hired Dan and a violinist to play our ceremony, and couldn't have been happier with them! Dan offered us a large and varied repertoire to choose from for the ceremony, and they did an amazing job on the songs we picked. The music before and during the ceremony set the tone perfectly. To this day, guests still mentioned how much they loved our ceremony music. Highly recommended!

Dan and a fellow musician provided a wonderful duo of music to an informal garden party celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Dan was responsive and easy to deal with. Both musicians played wonderfully. The music was appropriate and added a nice touch to our party.

We contracted Willer Music for our wedding reception at Legends on the Niagara in July, 2014. They provided a jazz trio for background/cocktail music during dinner, and then the band for dancing. We had an eclectic mix of guests requiring a balance of jazz/swing with some R&B and top 40’s. As a classically trained musician, I was very concerned that the music sound professional – I cringe whenever I hear wedding bands play off key or out of tune! Dan and his band exceeded our expectations, to say the least. The trio started off with a gifted sax player providing renditions of jazz classics in a soft tone – just enough to be heard without drowning out conversation. After dinner the band kicked in to high gear and rocked the place out – we could have danced all night! It was a perfect evening and we couldn’t recommend Dan and his musicians more highly.

After interviewing many wedding musicians, we hired Dan Willer to perform at our wedding ceremony and cocktail reception for our wedding in Niagara on the Lake this past summer. We were very impressed with his professionalism and punctuality with responding while we were in the planning process for the wedding. He was also very helpful in providing recommendations of music that would fit the event well, and giving us some direction which was extremely helpful. He has a very strong knowledge and expertise of a variety of music, as well as a vast repertoire which allows him to perform a variety of music in the same event. On the day of, Dan and his fellow musicians showed up precisely on time. They were the perfect addition to the wedding day, as they were completely organized and took care of themselves which was really appreciated as we were able to enjoy the day! My husband and I hired Dan to play solo guitar for our wedding ceremony. It was the perfect touch to our wedding. He took requests and played them amazingly. Dan responds quickly to emails and is very easy to work with. Wouldn’t change a thing, I recommend Dan to anyone looking for some beautiful background music. 

Dan and his bandmates were unbelievable! They kept everyone dancing the entire night. Dan was a pleasure to deal with, fast to reply to email/calls, they learnt all our song requests, had a DJ for when they were taking breaks and they all were dressed the same and look very classy. They had everything set up and ready to go before we got there. This is simple, if you want the best hire Willer Music!

Dan Willer and band played at our wedding in Niagara on the Lake on September the 13th, 2014, and was phenomenal! We were thrilled with the way it turned out, and all of our guests loved it. They played a variety of songs and were able to do everything we wanted, and it all sounded great. It was a pleasure dealing with Dan throughout the whole process, and we couldn't have been happier with the result.

We think Dan and his team did a great job and we were very happy we found them. Dan was very responsive in all our communication leading up to the wedding, which was predominantly email since we live in the U.S. and he is in Canada where the wedding took place. They were able to play all of our requests! Everyone enjoyed their playing and it added such a nice touch! They showed up early to set up before guests arrived, played while guests were seated, during the ceremony, and through our cocktail hour. All of this in the hot August sun since we had an outdoor wedding! When we were finally able to meet face to face, he and his team were very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Dan and his team for any wedding or other celebrations.

Willer Music really helped make our day beautiful. Dan was very friendly from the beginning. He took the time to go step-by-step through our event to make sure that the music was exactly what we wanted. He even learned a song that was very important to my wife to walk down the aisle to.

The day of the event he was very professional and friendly throughout. During the reception we asked Dan to stay longer as the guests were really enjoying themselves and the band seemed very happy to.

We went with their 3 piece band and it was amazing. Would recommend this band in a second.

Dan was incredible at our charity fundraiser event. The music was fantastic, and completely responsive when it came to rain, moving indoors, and carrying on with the music. Not only was the music great but Dan went above and beyond, and acted as our entire A/V team. He set up three different sound systems, rented equipment for us, and made sure all our sound needs were taken care of and ran smoothly. He stayed late to make sure everything wrapped up. Overall incredibly professional and helpful service. Highly recommended.

Dan Willer was great to deal with. We had a few other options in mind, so he let us know of a performance his band had booked in a bar, so we got to see them play live before hiring them! They were very well dressed and very professional too. Music kept everybody dancing all night long! Would refer to anyone having a wedding!

Jazz band provided great music. Musicians were perfectly dressed in matching suits and added a classy touch to our event.

Musicians showed up with plenty of time to set up, were well presented, able to play requested songs. Recommend.

We had Dan Willer play our ceremony, a violin&guitar duo at cocktail hour and than his full dance band for our reception.
It was great to be able to rely on one company for all three moments. Dan is very professional and trustworthy. We were not 100% sure what we wanted for the cocktail hour, so Dan helped us pick the right music to make our special day perfect.
What we did know was that we needed a very energetic dance band for the reception, and they made our guests and ourselves dance the night away! Everybody had so much fun! The singer was awesome!

We hired the Dan Willer Band to play background music during our Wedding Reception dinner and as a full 5 piece band for our dance. We were so impressed! Their energy and professionalism made the night a huge success. The band learned our favourite requests and played them along with a great mix of Top 40 and classics.

We were recently married in Grimsby and used Dan Willer for our ceremony music. Dan was very helpful in our song selection as he provided us with song ideas that would work and also provided a description of the type of song that sounded best on a violin to help us in creating our playlist. Dan was also very quick to respond to questions and very professional. For our wedding we had Caroline perform. After arriving to our venue early she was kindly offered to start playing right away as guests had already arrived. She was very flexible and performed beautifully. She was a great addition to our day. I would recommend working with Dan Willer Music as we felt confident and comfortable in his service and were not disappointed.

We got nothing but great comments about Dan's band during our engagement party. The band was outstanding in every way. Their selection of music was very tasteful, and they were able to prepare and play some of our favourite songs during the party.

Aside from their musical talent, the band was very professional. They showed up close to two hours prior to the scheduled time and set up their equipment without any interruption to the event. They were all very well dressed, as well.

We were fortunate to learn of Dan Willer's band through my sister. On comparatively short notice Dan obliged us by bringing his band from Hamilton to Toronto to make our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration a great success. I asked for the 50 - 60s music and not so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation. Dan complied to our delight. The band was much appreciated by the guests. We wish you every success!!!!!!
