Wry Grass

We play informally and enjoy interacting with our audiences. We can go from one tune to the next when we are playing background music, or we can share a little about our music between songs if we are in a small concert setting.

Active in Central Ohio for nearly 15 years, Wry Grass members include Tip House (guitar), Larry Tanner (mandolin), Jackie LaMuth (bass), Brent Davis (banjo), and John Georgiton on the fiddle. If you combine their individual involvement in other bands through the years, they probably have more than a century of experience...and stories!

We need access to electricity and a level performing area approximately 10 ft wide and 5 feet deep. If the event is outside, we need a solid dry performing area (and a rainy or threatening weather back up plan) . We provide our own sound equipment but we can use yours if it will work for us.
