I provide yoga flows and sequences for all levels of accessibility and all ages! I believe yoga should be fun, expressive, and a great way to move your body without the pressure of "getting it right" all the time. If you think you "aren't flexible enough" for yoga, then I invite you to take a class with me to see that you don't need to check any boxes to do yoga, you just have to show up and commit to yourself! I teach in person and virtually, so I can bring yoga wherever you prefer!
In addition, I provide hands-on Reiki sessions for energy healing and cleansing. If this calls to you, please reach out and I am happy to provide more information!

I can cater your yoga needs to each experience! Reach out and let's chat about what kind of options you have. If you're looking for a slower flow with a deeper stretch, maybe by candlelight, I can offer that! If you're looking for a more intense workout, to sweat more and move your body, another awesome option! If you're looking to explore meditation, let's do it! Let me know what you need, and I can tell you your options! I love to do bachelorette parties, wedding mornings, and any type of special event! If you dream it, we can make it happen. Private individual, small group, and large group lessons are available to you!
Allison is a Registered 200-Hour Yoga Teacher trained through the Energy Barre and Cape Ann Power Yoga. Trained in the foundations of Baptiste Power Yoga, Allison specializes in powerful, strong, steady flows and creative sequencing to challenge and inspire students on and off the yoga mat. Yoga classes can be catered to the needs of the individual. Hands-on assists can always be offered, whether in a gentle, restorative space or to stretch and up-level a pose. If you are needing a deep stretch, a mindset shift, an intense workout, a change in perspective, or a space to learn and grow, then let's flow together. You'll need a yoga mat and water! Depending on the type of class, clothing suggestions can be different. For a more restorative class, I recommend workout leggings or loose-fitting pants, and extra layers in case you get chilly in longer-held poses. For a flow involving more movement, I suggest workout gear, (i.e leggings, shorts, sports bra, t-shirt or tanktop). If you enjoy practicing with yoga blocks or a yoga strap, bring them along! This equipment however is not required. I'd recommend bringing a towel for sweat as well! No shoes are required!
