The owner/operator, Chef Will, has been a Chef for over 30 years, appeared on local TV shows, attended schools in Europe and in several cities in the U.S. including the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in New York.
I had a girls weekend and wanted dinner. I had a list of a few items, likes/dislikes and Chef Will gave us several options to choose. Very easy to work with and fun! The food, preparation and exceptional service...he even cleaned up...was exactly what I wanted. Can’t thank him enough for starting out the girls weekend. Chef Will has appeared on Great Day Houston, local TV shows, news casts and TV commercials. Will has been cooking professionally and teaching people how to cook for over 30 years.
In the "world of catering", he had the honor of working seasonally for famed Houston caterer Jackson Hicks for over 18 years. He has now been catering for people as Chef/Owner of Your Private Chef in the Houston area for over 10 years.
