If this is a western-style celebration for baby or bridal shower or a 90th birthday party for grandpa, I stay with 1-2 upbeat modern songs and mini-lesson for all guests. I will work along your favorite playlist.

You can request songs to be performed or rely on my suggestions. If you are choosing songs, please have them in your collection. I usually have Bose speaker, if needed.

Born in Ukraine, Anelia has developed passion for Arabic music her parents brought from their years in Iraq in late 70ies. Fast forward into 2005, Anelia has rekindled her appreciation of classical and modern Arabic music and began taking belly dancing classes. English instructor by profession, she finds time to continue to perform at weddings, fund raising events, and festivals. Although Anelia does not teach dance classes, being a teacher by profession, she enjoys encouraging audience participation. She can work with your DJ or offer a mini-lesson to your guests for a fun group activity. In recent years, she also got involved in Bollywood dance. Ideally, you have your favorite music ready and she can get your party going!
