My girlfriend found GigSalad and posted a cocktail/birthday party for 75 people in Washington, DC. We needed a bartender to manage the alcohol so things remained relatively sane. The gig was from 8pm to 11pm and thinking nobody shows up for anything on time, we had Amir show up at 8:30pm.

YIKES! He walked into a hopping situation and handled it like a champ/pro he is! Not getting flustered, he took control of the bar and within 5 minutes had all under control. And man did he stay busy. Luckily I kept the alcohol menu real simple, so that helped him out, but he worked hard for those 21/2 hours. We had over 100 show up.

Even on the way to the event he called me and asked if I needed anything. Ice, 'I said!" So he walked in with ice in hand, as we were running low. Amir was great with the guests and kept the alcohol flowing responsibly.

His pricing for the gig beat all others who showed interest and he was a pleasure to work with. Need a bartender for your next event? If Amir answers your request for a quote, take a serious look at him. If we throw another event where a bartender is needed, Amir already has the job!!
