We hired Callum to play the bagpipes at my Mom’s 80th birthday party and what a wonderful surprise it was! Imagine 30 family and friends gathered together when suddenly the mournful sounds of Scotland the Brave is heard as Callum marches into the backyard and right over to my Mother…there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. He then serenaded her with Happy Birthday and a few songs of her choosing. Thank you Callum for making our day truly memorable.

We hosted an afternoon reception at a local heritage house, Applewood Shaver House to celebrate my Mother In Law’s 90th Birthday

We were very fortunate to have a beautiful sunny day and the backdrop of the beautiful gardens around this lovely Victorian home

And certainly to be surrounded by friends & family was awesome

But surely, the “piece de résistance” was Callum The Piper

Callum was a surprise gift for her from her Son — and boy, he absolutely made the party “magical” for her — not a dry eye amongst us!

And he very kindly played a special request for our Birthday Queen — on top of the special selection of tunes we had already lined up

Callum was prompt, pleasant to deal with and a beautiful piper. We were thrilled.

Callum’s piping was a highlight of our small winter wedding event. He was well prepared and flexible as plans changed at the venue. Most of all, we enjoyed his musical renditions of a range of Celtic tunes for our Irish and Scottish union. We would highly recommend him.

Callum arrived early, dressed to impress and ready to play. As the Officiant he kept his eye on me to ensure he received queues it was almost time to play. We were very impressed and would hire him again.

Callum is not the first Piper we have hired by a long shot.
He arrived early, very accommodating, professional dressed, outstanding player.
But if I had to say the one thing that stood out the most to us, it was the level of respect and professionalism he showed at my Mothers memorial.

Callum was absolutely amazing! He arrived early, professionally dressed, outstanding playing of the bag pipes. We had different components to our wedding where we needed him to play and he was beyond flexible. He perfectly teamed up with another musician to create a fusion that was the talk of the wedding afterwards. I would highly recommend Callum and would be very quick to use his services again.
