Carl Crosby got his start on TV in 1965 as a child prodigy guitarist on the Brakeman Bill show where he played guitar with Buck Owens and Bonnie Guitar. He was known as Lil Carl. Early on he played on TV and Radio and was involved in many local events as he was growing up in Spanaway WA. Carl Started his first rock band in 1968 when he was only fourteen. He changed his name to Carl Crosby and never looked back. Moving to California and becoming immersed in the vibrant music scene of the time, Carl was involved with many prominent personalities in the music business. He lived in Hollywood! He also lived in Haight Ashbury. The popularity of live music at the time in The Bay Area and L.A. provided many opportunities for Carl to shine. He became a true professional, honing his craft live and in the studio. Through the next 50 years Carl worked with, or hung out with, so many famous and not so famous musicians, actors, and celebrities, it is hard to list them all. He can tell you stories for hours.
